We ordered delivery as always. Have had great service. They said our order was delivered. When we checked the delivery wasnât there. Called and was told they were running behind. Why say it was delivered? 15 minutes later it was delivered however pizza was obviously tipped and one side was rolled over. When we complained they offered a free pizza. When we tried to get it was told they couldnât do it. Very disappointing because this used to be an awesome restaurant.

Whatâs the carry out service advertised if it doesnât work? I waited outside in front of their establishment. How could you sit there and ignore that? Iâm not ungrateful. I had an infant in the car and selected that option for a reason. All the lady said was âyou have to call us.â Um, I left my car details on your website. Pay attention to details lady bc if someone like me didnât think to call then shucks out of luck for me.

This PH is absolutely terrible! Do yourself a favor and choose another location.
This Pizza Hut continues to get worse. The manager is always looking tweaked out on something when you go. The delivery takes way too long and itâs not the drivers fault. Once our order was not delivered for 3 hours and I had to go pick it up myself because they turned the phones off and when I got there they were locking up the door with our pizza still sitting on the rack. They told us they would give us free points but never did. Today they didnât give the door dash driver all of our order. We got cold pizza first and then wings 20 min later. The only reason we go here is because they are the only option. But since they are just using door dash instead of their own delivery. I guess we will go to Dominoes or Papa Johnâs.

Like anywhere else, I have had a couple less-than-stellar experiences here; but, overall, they are were willing to make things right when I politely brought an issue to their attention. We order here regularly when I have soccer nights, and the quality is usually good. Pizza is hot and tasty. Wings are ok. Pasta was a miss, completely. Tried it twice, but it was bland and overdone both times. I find that pan crust with extra sauce is the sweet spot.
Hole in wall but wife likes the pizza. I myself from up north that is not pizza.
