I wish I could give it less stars. This sonic is so bad. I literally have issues every time but this time I decided to order a milkshake on the app, and upon pickup they said the machine was broken so they couldn’t make my milkshake. I COULDN’T EVEN GET A REFUND. GO TO A DIFFERENT SONIC.

LOVE the food from sonic ALWAYS. But the cashiers here were just plain rude, barely spoke, could not stop interrupting me to take my order, and just unpleasant in general. After repeating my order FOUR times, they STILL GOT IT WRONG.

The kid that works, the front window the guy he has no personality. He doesn’t even speak. I had to ask him for a spoon for a blast. All they did was sprinkle a little bit of M&M’s on the top. I don’t know that guys name but whoever he is y’all need to let him go because he’s terrible. He acts like he’s miserable to even be there. Barely understand a word he says Because it’s hard for him to open his mouth and speak. Very disappointing. This is the second time this week that I have gone there and that guy has been working there and he acts like it is a struggle just to be there.

Our oreo blast only had a little oreo on top. They had originally forgot it and cheesy tots had me pull forward and waited over 10 mins. The entire outside smells like weed and everyone there seemed high as could be. Seemed like a bad episode of half baked. Food was poorly made. We won't be back

There was nobody there in the parking lot. It took them at least 5 min to come over the speaker to get our order. When the guy asked what we wanted, he could not speak normally. He asked the same question 4 times. It seemed as if he was high. Terrible service. We got tired of repeating ourselves so we left and went to the Sonic on Ledo.
Went to Sonic in Leesburg Ga and asked for a Ginger Ale with no ice. The clerk just told me me all the drinks has to be made with ice.. Is that true? The clerk states because we are getting to much drink..

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast. The guy headed my just vanilla ice cream. I asked him where is the cookie dough. He said you must have eaten them. We were still at the window waiting on the rest of our food.

Entire order had something wrong and the store is filthy! Tots were obviously old and had disgusting grease in the container! Ordered diet cherry limeade and it was NOT DIET! No condiments or napkins and cups filled to brim with ice! Will now ever go to this Sonic again!
