It's completely apparent that they don't like serving customers here. Ordered two footlong subs and they acted like it was a inconvenience for them to make it. Ordered two of the Ultimate BMTs, all I could taste was the condiments and bread. Definitely not worth the $25.00 for two subs and a soda.

At the time of writing, it says that its open until 11pm on Saturdays. Walked in at 10:25pm and got told it was closed. Waste of time. This place is not good at all. Stay away.

Walked in the door to order a sandwich and couldn't get anybody to wait on me. Walked up to the cashier and asked them if they could find the person to help me with a sandwich. The girl said she don't know how to make no effing sandwich. Three people behind the counter but nobody can figure out how to make a sandwich. Short answer stay away.

I love this location but.... the subway workers need customer service training ..I ordered a sandwich and the girl must was deaf or clearly didnt care about how I wanted my sandwich .She was mad the hole time and make comments like really when I asked for certain things to be put on my sandwich .she was overloading it with whatever I asked for.She rolled her eyes every time I asked for something .I walked out because I was tired of asking her to do it the right way bu the way I'm a subway manager in Augusta I will be reporting this store it was awful.
