Only giving one star due to the fact that it’s the only way to leave a review! I ordered smashed avocado and extra oil and vinegar on my online order and neither were on there. Tried calling and no one would answer the phone

If I could give 0 stars I would. These are the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I thought maybe just a bad day but nope it's every single time. I don't see how that one with them contacts still has a job. If you hate your job find something else don't take it out on us!!! Never have pizza, hardly any chips.

Closed at 6:30 on a Thursday with the OPEN sign on and door locked. Last time they had no bread. Don't waste your time.

This subway location is horrible! The subway employees that were working here on 4/18/24 at 12:00 pm are rude and possess no customer etiquette. We patronized this subway location, and we were inside the subway restaurant for 10 minutes, and we were never acknowledged by any of the three employees working. We were the only customers that were there. These employees need some training to learn that the reason they have their jobs is to serve the customers! Without customers, there would be no need to hire them! Extremely poor customer service and bad business at this subway in Leesburg, GA!!!!

On Saturday, January 18, 2025, I placed an online order on the subway app. The order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1:00 pm. My husband arrived at the Leesburg Georgia location, and the employee told my husband she hadn't received an online order. My online account was showing that the order was ready. Our bank account was debited $15.99, $1.00, and $4.00 worth of my points. We received no food and no refund. Today, monday, January 20, 2025, I received an email stating that the order was canceled and our money would be debited back into our account. This subway location is problematic. We will not be patronizing subway restaurants any longer. We've had too many issues with Subway.

Do not order online from this location cause they will debit your account and tell you what time to pick it up, when u get there the people in there claim they have no order with ur name had not got a order with such name but yet u get a email with all ur order information on it but they say they can't look up order or nothing I believe they stealing people's orders for themselves or there friends I just know the people paying for it is not getting it so please do not order or visit this location you will be very disappointed if you do

The worst location. I rather go to Albany. They are very very slow. Even if you place your order ahead of time, you still get in there and have to go through the regular line to place your order while they look at your order receipt. Pointless. They also never have anything and are rude when you ask questions. There are three places to eat in Leesburg, might as well close this down because it doesn’t contribute much.

Women were awesome. Funny and full of joy. Made me feel much better than when I went in. I got me a 6 inch on white lunch meat sub meal and a delicious 12-inch hot pretzel. Yummy
