The best staff! I don’t know what it is that has me addicted but between the great service and the perfect brew I’m hooked! If you haven’t tried the apple muffin I highly recommend! I love the app! I just place my order at home and swing by quick to grab my order 💕No more waiting in long lines! They are a 10/10 for my household!

I used to love this place and didn't mind paying a little extra for premium coffee. The person they had at the register was so rude I had to leave vowing to never return. I suggest you train your stuff before making them the front facing point of your business.
Isaac is my favorite new addition to the team. I'm holding this extra sweet iced vanilla latte he made like it's my firstborn... And I think I love it even more. (I will never have children.)

Wow! I never thought I would be doing this but here we are. I have been going to Temp in Lee County since it opened several years ago. I go in everyday, sometimes more than once a day to get my large drink. I order the same thing every time I go in. Well, in the beginning they had the punch cards for their loyalty program which states on the card, “free medium “. I’ve have redeemed mine for years, but some gave me a large, because that is all I ever purchased. Even the guy who is one of the owners now, when he first started working there even made the same comment. Well, now they have a reward program where you put in your phone number, it counts beans for a free drink. It doesn’t say “medium”. Like I said, all I ever get is a large and they know this. Well, over the last several months, they have had new employees start. Some have left and some are still there. For the most part they are nice and know who I am and my order. But there have been some issues with my order like paying for a large, but they didn’t put enough in there to fill the large up and end up walking out of there paying for a large, but the cup is filled up like a medium. I have never said anything until now, because this morning just broke the camels back and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh, also they have closed about 30 minutes early with no notice. They were in there mopping the floor and the guy in there mouthed to me “we closed early”. There is also this one girl that hasn’t been there that long, but I mostly just see her on the weekends or in the afternoon if I go. I don’t know her name but she currently has dreads or braids in her hair and sometimes where’s glasses, but every time I go in there and she is there, there is always a problem. She never says anything to me and then wanted to discuss the new loyalty program in front of customers and how the owners need to make that clear because the card says medium, but the bean program says free drink. One, what kind of customer service is that!?!? If you have an issue or question about a policy, you discuss it privately with supervisor/owner, not in front of the customer. She always has a nasty attitude when I come in there, and like I said always a problem. She is one of the ones that likes not to fill the drink all the way up after I pay$7.50 for the large. Anyway, Temp is not what it used to be to be. I’m tired of running into that girl and all of the other problems and then want to get nit picky about the size drink I get when’s it’s free and have been getting a free large this whole time because that is all that I buy. Inform your employees and make it clear what size it is on the app too. I will probably go back to redeem the 3 free drinks I have with the punch card, but I will be going to another establishment. I went to Morning Cafe a couple of times when Temp was closed for whatever reason and they have good drinks and service, so I recommend going there instead and I will be supporting people that I know too!

Great coffee, kind staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. My fiancé has absolutely fallen in love with this place and makes the 20 drive every morning we are home or not at work.
Her go to is the iced mocha, I think it is quite tasty as well. My go to’s are either the cappuccino or drip coffee, though I have been enjoying trying out their fall menu.
Highly recommend stopping here for coffee, even if it’s farther away than a Starbucks.
However, they cannot handle large lines/large number of orders very well. Tends to take them longer and will often send cars to the curb to wait on their order. I have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes one day when it was busy. This is my only complaint about this coffee shop.

I won't even give a star. Sat in line waiting for at least 15 waiting for the 3 cars in front of me to get there orders as they had pulled ahead to wait for there order. Then wheni got to the now door that they have. Noone said hello, I'll be with you. Several people past by and Noone said anything , after 6 or 7 minutes I pulled off. That was the worst non-service.

Service is good. Place is clean. Scones are wonderful! I would recommend increasing menu items and adding additional seating. Maybe some plants and sell some coffee mugs, t-shirts, hats, coffee related items. Add a larger tea selection and play some relaxing background music.
