Me and my family come here all the time. So I go tonight after I get off work and order my normal. My shrimp were burnt(black) and very hard. The Asian lady REFUSED TO MAKE THEM OVER. And when I asked to get more chicken she said no. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The place is already nasty and you want to have bad customer service as well. DO NOT EAT HERE. Very disappointed.

SPOILED FOOD!! Today I purchased 2 fish dinners and both smell of rotten fish. The owner agreed that the fish wasn’t any good but refused to refund or replace both of my meals because I only bought back one container. “I dumped everything into one container because I am an amputee and it’s easier for me to carry. This isn’t my first encounter with bad food there but between the poor customer service and bad food i will never eat there again!!

have gone here a few times, and have made complaints about the quality of the food a few times. I advised the owner after my last visit that I will not return. Once I went and the chicken tasted like it was refried from the day before...not fresh at all. the last time I went I ordered a.chicken salad. well whatever little crumbles they put on top of this container of iceberg lettuce certainly was not chicken. It looked like they took the leftover chicken scrappings from when you make a chicken and cheese Philly. I mean they could have at least used one piece of the chicken and not just the small scraps of chicken. the fried mushrooms were so burnt they disintegrated between my teeth. Never will go here again!

Went out on a limb and tried this place today. Regretting it 100%. We ordered two philly combos that were absolutely disgusting, burnt, greasy. I argued over how nasty it looked and I was told I could purchase extra meat to put on the sandwich. I wouldn't give this place another dime. Eating out of a trash can would be better than coming here. I will never return or reccomend.

My son worked there for a total of two weeks. He’s 15 and wanting to be a chef one day. We made him quit. He said that the kitchen was absolutely disgusting they way they kept food lying around that was supposed to refrigerated. The quality of the vegetables. The dropping food on the floor and still coming it and serving it. The roaches and the horrible flies. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating at this establishment! Shut them down now! Plus they have underage workers with no work permit!

DONT GO HERE! My first time going there, and it was horrible! No wing flavors, low quality over fried wings and fries. No seasoning at all! So dry and unappetizing. We barely ate our food. The employees seem to just care about money, not quality. You barely get ANY sauce with your order, and the lady told us we had to PAY MORE for a dipping sauce!! My dad even found a bug in his food!

I am sorry to rate this with 1 star. But I have to agree with some of the other reviews as well. I started coming here when they originally opened and the food was great. But as time passed especially this year, I can count on one hand my order that were okay. The chicken is over cooked (hard) and there's barley no sauce or seasoning on it at all. The rice use to be the main reason I eat there but now it is so greasy I cant eat it. I tried them sporadically 3 different times to make sure it wasn't just a bad day, but it was still taste the same. I don't know what happened. Today will be my last day going there. Sorry...
I'm a foodie, and proud. this food is disrespectful. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. THE LONE CASHIER, who herself belonged to the Streets, showed to have no thought process. this place needs to have it's doors closed and the kitchen condemned.

waited 22 minutes for this food, it was unseasoned, fries were cold, fake taste to it, what kind of fries are these? recooking frozen food??? this is the worst food i have ever had in my life. we tried to play it safe, get the tenders and fries. worst mistake ever. this is horrible, i wouldn't send anyone here im so embarrassed to even say i've eaten here. i called the owner bc the chicken wasn't cooked and she proceeded to state that it's cooked and the recipe hasn't changed. owner was terrible, and the service was awful, very unprofessional and this place should just shut down.

Chicago style? Not even close. Fish was not seasoned (not even with salt) and tasted like it was fried in just unseasoned flour. Rice was greasy and tasted like it was cooked with old grease. I literally threw up after eating this. Never eating here again.

I have ordered here 5+ times and never been happy. They are mean - the teenagers that work there have an IQ of 7 combined - and they always get it wrong. They dont cater to special requests and they wont put extra veggies in a philly if you offer to pay. Also I saw lots roaches around the drink machine. Try go to kroger to get your food they got a better spot in that plaza like .25 miles down the street....
