I went and got to cheddar cheese fish sandwich’s it had no cheddar cheese and when i called they never answered

I have ordered Arby's with delivery 5 times from this location in the last 6 months. First time excellent, 2nd time good. 3rd time with 2 double roast beef sandwiches and a french dip made me sick within 2 hours after eating. I chalk that up to employee sanitation. 4th time I had a Gyro and 2 double roast beef sandwiches, pretty good. Last order was to try a Deluxe burger with 2 double roast beef sandwiches and the burger was dark brown and dry. The 2 roast beef sandwiches were dark brown and dry, what gives? They probably sat under a heat lamp for awhile. If you can't 86 old food and pass it on to the customer, I just won't order any more. I worked at ARBY'S many years ago! You wonder why the economy is like it is? Train and supervise your people. Cost is not important, quality and consistency is. I am actually afraid to ever order anything from you again!

Had an AMAZING experience at this location, Evelyn deserves her kudos and a raise! Those two chicken sandwiches were BOMB! Very BALANCED, fresh, chicken was tender, Sandwich was overall flavorful! The best of had in a while will definitely be returning :)

Definitely recommend. This location has friendly employees who greet you with a smile and welcome every time we visit. The food prep was fast and the food was hot. Our order was correct which is a great thing compared to other businesses which get the orders wrong. The location is easy to get to especially on the way home from work when you don’t want to cook. Great specials through the mobile app.

My boyfriend and I were delightfully surprised by the quality of the food and the staff. Being an adult woman, I don't usually think fast food restaurants are going to meet my fairly high standards, Arby's did. The chicken sandwich I got was really good & I got an order of fried cheese sticks. My boyfriend had a chicken sandwich also as well as a roast beef sandwich. We got it all for $12. Good food, good service, good price.

The older woman working today was the sweetest! She deserves the very best, it made me feel comfortable ordering. Everytime we come here the service is great and makes us want to keep on showing up. And the food is always warm and delicious. 10/10!!

Please make sure you aren’t going to this Arby’s location because of their customer service. If you are, please choose another restaurant. The lady taking our order directed us to a special they had if we ordered on the app. The deal was, fries for $1, size of choice. While looking at the app together, there was no place to choose which size fries you would like. I ask the lady helping us if I could, please make my fries a large, she said that would be fine. Unfortunately, when I received my fries, I received a small. I walked back to the front and asked the same young lady who originally helped me if I could please exchange my small fries for a large as I had ordered. The lady looked at me and said, I am sorry, but I cannot do anything to help. I asked if I could talk with someone in charge. Another young lady who addressed herself as the shift manager said, I’m sorry ma’am, but here on the computer it says you order a small fry and since I have already given you your fries, I cannot do anything to change that. I looked at her and said, you are telling me that you can not exchange the fries for the ones I ordered with the help of your associate? You can’t simply make it right? She said no I can’t! I then looked at her and said, ma’am, what happened to customer service? She said, if you have a complaint, please call headquarters. I think I probably look at her like a cow at a new gate and thought to myself, what happened to customer service? I asked her for her managers card and said that I would definitely contact him not because my order was wrong, but because someone needs to learn how to respond properly to a customer. The shift manager on duty this day could learn a thing or two from Chick-Fil-A concerning customer service! I simply looked at her and said, my pleasure. ??‍♀️
