I found a hair in my egg roll after i bit into it. And its real sad that I speak to someone about paying extra for something and they tell me send the money. But I get my order and you still acknowledge what you tell the customer. If you lie and get over on a customer. Who knows what else this restaurant does. You just lost a customer and all my friends that eat there I will definitely suggest they try another Viet restaurant that dont lie and care about their customers!
The service was very nice, attentive but gave me space to enjoy my meal. Greeted everyone entering. Open early, which I love. The pho is delicious, as is the banh mi. I love that they have a vegetarian broth, unlike most pho restaurants. I also love that their shrimp was cleaned properly. I would definitely return. Kids present with other families really liked their food and the spaciousness of the dining room.
Excellent! In every way!
The food is so delicious here. We keep coming back to eat here. My favorite is the C60 for the hot clay and P13 for Pho noodle, even their smoothie is also delicious not very sweet but creamy. The place is clean, staffs are very friendly and wait is not long. Sorry we already ate some before I realize I wanted to take pics.
Food is always great but the service could be a little better . they never come back to the table after dropping off the food ..
Awesome Pho for the people!

Got flank&brisket pho. Felt like the pho soup was missing a little bit of flavor but meat was amazing and tender. Shrimp spring rolls came out fast and very good too. Fast service and friendly servers. Only thing I really didn’t like is that they do 18% tip for over 5 people but it is not written anywhere on the menu. Not a big deal but it should be written down. Other than that the food was good

I want to share a story of the disappointment of the year. I should say that 2 days before I had an international flight and I was having jet lag that day. Right after work, I had to drive to the airport to pick up my family after the long flight.
Since it was already evening, I realized that I wouldn't have a chance to dine it anywhere I decided to order some food to go and pick it up on the way to the airport. This is how the story begins.
On Thursday, August 15 at 6.35 pm I made an online purchase #214529t. As you can see I paid $22.71. It took me about 35 minutes to get to the ATL PHO and I expected my order to be ready, but it was not. The lady at the reception looked very confused once I said that I was there to pick up my order. She said that she only just noticed on her phone that my order had come through and asked me if I could wait for another 10 minutes until it was ready. I was rushing to the airport at that time and told her to cancel it and proceed with the refund option. I was about to turn away to my car, but she said that it may take about 5-7 days to get my refund back and offered me a cash option. I was highly unsatisfied but agreed to take the money from her. It's funny but once I left I got a text message that my order was confirmed at 7:14 pm. The next day got another text message at 6:24 pm that my order was ALMOST READY. Wow. I also decided to count the money she gave me, it was easy since It was the only cash in my wallet and it was $19.75.
So here are multiple reasons why it's a 1-star review. If you guys can't properly handle online orders - don't do so. I wasted my time and gas to get to your place, you still owe me $2.96 which was my 15% tip to you, and was not able to eat dinner till 9.30 pm that day. I highly don't recommend visiting or placing any purchases online at ATL PHO.

So delicious, fresh and full of authentic spices and savory flavors. I ordered A3- Shrimp Spring Rolls (peanut sauce is yummy!), B37- Grilled Pork with Bun Noodles and P11- Filet Mignon Pho. It was carefully prepared for takeout, with veggies and herbs and meat kept separately for freshness. I have leftovers to heat up for tomorrow. Can’t wait to go back and try some other menu items for dine-in.
