I really hate to give one star but.. I don’t know if this is a regular thing at this location or they are all out but.. NO vegan/dairy free options. None. That’s crazy. Might be something to consider having.

Very bad service. Placed a mobile order for caramel cappuccino blast and when I went to pick, the person said we didn’t receive any order. Even after showing the receipt on the phone, the person tried to say we didn’t get any such order. Then they finally made it and I asked them to put whip cream and they said we don’t do that for mobile orders. Instead of making the customer happy, they made such comment. I asked her to put it and she went in an put a sprinkle of whip cream for name sake. Very bad attitude and service!!!

I'm unsure why someone who does NOT speak English is writing on cakes. My cake was not written as requested on the ONLINE order where the words were CLEARLY SPELLED AND WRITTEN WITH PROPER GRAMMER...Then when I called the owner Tahin he said they will redo it before a morning event - if I needed it the next day I would have ordered it for the next day! I ended up having to go through my bank for a refund as Tahin clearly has no regard for the scheduled events or properly writing on a cake. Do not go here....go to Krispy kreme or heck anywhere else.

The milkshakes are probably the best out of BR’s in Gwinnett, however, the evening staff SUCKS. If you go there after 8pm, they will use every excuse in the book not to make one because of the following: “the machines are clean”, “we don’t have gloves”, “we don’t have enough of that ice cream”. I can understand the ice cream one, but please, how tf does it make sense that you don’t have gloves when you’re supposed to use a scooper…?? Swear I thought I was at MCD with those excuses. It’s only the evening staff too. The day time staff has a bunch of Indians who add too much milk and not enough ice cream to save 5 cents of their families money (they obviously own it)
Ordered a mangonada, it didn't taste correct so I asked if they could make it again or a plain mango smoothie but they refused. They do not care about customer service.

So I'm in the drive thru, I ask for their signature ice cream to which I'm told they don't have. Just for SnGs I decide to go in the check the freezer and lo and behold there were multiple premade quarts... So yeah check for yourself
