I'm unsure why someone who does NOT speak English is writing on cakes. My cake was not written as requested on the ONLINE order where the words were CLEARLY SPELLED AND WRITTEN WITH PROPER GRAMMER...Then when I called the owner Tahin he said they will redo it before a morning event - if I needed it the next day I would have ordered it for the next day! I ended up having to go through my bank for a refund as Tahin clearly has no regard for the scheduled events or properly writing on a cake. Do not go here....go to Krispy kreme or heck anywhere else.

The milkshakes are probably the best out of BR’s in Gwinnett, however, the evening staff SUCKS. If you go there after 8pm, they will use every excuse in the book not to make one because of the following: “the machines are clean”, “we don’t have gloves”, “we don’t have enough of that ice cream”. I can understand the ice cream one, but please, how tf does it make sense that you don’t have gloves when you’re supposed to use a scooper…?? Swear I thought I was at MCD with those excuses. It’s only the evening staff too. The day time staff has a bunch of Indians who add too much milk and not enough ice cream to save 5 cents of their families money (they obviously own it)

Ordered a mangonada, it didn't taste correct so I asked if they could make it again or a plain mango smoothie but they refused. They do not care about customer service.

So I'm in the drive thru, I ask for their signature ice cream to which I'm told they don't have. Just for SnGs I decide to go in the check the freezer and lo and behold there were multiple premade quarts... So yeah check for yourself

They barely have 10 flavors, no bananas and very poor service. We stood there several minutes while guy behind counter held a full blown conversation with another customer without acknowledging our presence at all. And he put on the customers sunglasses while fixing ice cream. And spoons are left out in open where customers can touch and talk all over them. Place was not very clean. Stay away!
The staff needs to work on being more professional and organized. I heard one of the staff members cursing and that’s not really a good look. They were also having side conversations while there were customers waiting to be helped.

If your going to preorder a cake don’t do it at this location. I went to get my cake and they couldn’t find my cake at all and then bring out a small cake I didn’t even bought and add to that I had to buy a whole new cake and 30 mins waste of my time literally runin my whole mood when they didn’t have my cake at all but the employees was trying to be helpfull not there fought if the mangers running that place can’t keep there orders on check.

Kevin thought it was hilarious to bring me my banana split over loaded with ice cream and whipped cream all dripping with no top. Very very unprofessional. Employees like that ruin a quick run for some ice cream on a Sunday evening.

Thank you MS. AKHI or AHKI for the wonderful customer service. She was very friendly very pleasant and very helpful also very patient with the many different flavors for each order. We ordered a couple of shakes and a couple of three scoop cups. The baseball nut flavor is very tasteful it has a cream cheese kind of vibe. We also had berry berry strawberry, pistachio almond, coconut, America’s birthday cake, pralines and cream cotton candy and cookies and cream
