First time here and this was the farthest thing from exquisite. The advertised picture of the onion rings was the reason I ordered them. Boy was I disappointed ?. You could not taste the onion due to it being fried so hard. I did not plan on doing a review but I have to share this. I had five piece wings all flats. They do not offer all flats not even for an upcharge. Onion rings was an upcharge though. The wings were right size but not seasoned. Thank goodness for the BBQ sauce. I wanted my wings extra wet, there was an upcharge for that also..My goodness!! I do wish I took more piks. Will I be back? Absolutely not!

This place used to be so good years ago. I don't know what happened but man they need a revamp ASAP. The girls and guy have the worst attitudes for no reason! As soon as you pay, they sit back down in their chair behind the register. When your food is ready, they call out your name once and just leave the food out until you get it.Now the food.....I ordered 15 wings and fried rice. Simple right? NOPE! My food was out in 5 minutes. Ain't no wayyyyyyyy wings cook in 5 minutes. So it's either they do 2 things. Either they cook the wings in 1000 degree fryer or they recook their already cooked wings. And if you're cooking in 1000 degree oil, that's a fire hazard.They recook their already cooked wings and they come out so crispy. If you're a crispy wing lover, this place is for you. For everyone else, don't even bother. How do you kill wings that are already done!?!?I've been coming here for at least 10 years but today was the last time.

Ordered 20 wings and got the worlds longest hair included. The problem was not just the hair. The problem is after driving back out there to return the food and get a refund the manager offered no apology and wasn’t willing to come out until they had to deal with the short change refund I was offered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!! Way to many wing options in Lilburn for these folks to behave like this. Absolutely no respect for the community they serve. Demand more Lilburn!

I will NEVER order from this place again. Wings were way overdone. There was so much sugar in the lemon pepper wings they were inedible. I'm honestly not super picky. But, never again. We ordered garlic parmasan wings too. Dry and no good!
Drove 35 minutes to get to this place way before they closed, i arrived at 9:39 and the door was close smh. just put that you close early if that is the case.

I placed an order for dine in on 12/11/22 at 7:00pm when I receive my food, I found hair in my fries so I went to tell the guy that took my order some girl that was working in the cashier proceed of telling me that it came from my sweater just to remind you I barely got the food from the back she literally put her bare hands into my food taking out the hair it seem like she didn't even want to help me out she kept on saying it was from my sweater but that's not true so I left it like that and decided to call tomorrow morning to talk to the manager some girl picked up the phone and I start telling her can I talk to the manager and she said give me a moment and I was waiting patiently for her to pretend to be the manager trying to help me and when I noticed it was the same person I start telling her can I talk to the manager she start telling me that we don't have no manager so you cannot talk to anybody, so when I ask for her name, she literally hanged up on my face without knowing the problem. At the end of the day, I did talk to the manager which is the girl that put her bare hands into my food which I don't believe because she's the manager of the way she assist me tthat's not how you deal with customers . customer service is trash. I will never be coming back here again .
