Do not come to this restaurant, there are always long lines at the drive-thru and they make you wait a long time for your order and it is not fresh, the service is terrible, I do not understand why they hire people who work out of obligation if you ask for Sprite they give you WATER this is the third time this has happened to me and I think it is racism so I do not recommend this store at all.

I just came from this Burger King and I'm very disappointed with what I witnessed...
1. SERVICE: It takes FOREVER for someone to acknowledge you and ask for your order.
2. REPRESENTATION: The front of house staff were all talking like they were taking a walk in the park, and when I asked one of the employees a question, their answer was "I don't know, I just work here."
3. CLEANLINESS: I would love for the manager of the restaurant to have a SERIOUS conversation about sanitization policies with their employees. Specifically if an employee needs to leave the restaurant, move his motorcycle, come back, use the bathroom, cough on his hands, and then continue to prepare food with the same pair of gloves. This is UNACCEPTABLE, DISGUSTING, and HIGHLY UNSANITARY!!!

Pulled up to the drive through and was greeted by not one but two employees .
Placed a mobile order and it didn’t take long to get our food once we got to the window . great customer service from the girl in the window , wish i got her name to write here!
Always slow to receive orders and to ship them, we spent 30 minutes waiting for our burgers ? they should improve the efficiency of the service. They don't even deserve ?

Just want to say I spend 28.00 for food and ask 1 extra onion ring sauce and gentlemen cherge .50 cents it’s ok I pay for but that make me really unhappy what I like the location all the time but since he acts like and I did told him but he don’t care about my business so you want to no more business with this place

Everything looks very good, I just don't know how the employees aren't very busy but there isn't much hygiene, I really hate it when they're on the phone. And they get the order and they start preparing it, only wiping their gloves on their clothes. The atmosphere is just great and the place is clean.
