criminally understaffed. Staff cycles pretty regularly so it can be hard to gauge level of service...it's either awful, or actually really good though. Not a huge fan of BK food though.
Went in this afternoon to try a new menu item and there was only one staff member and she was taking orders and having to turn right around to fill them — it was really sad! She was still really nice to us despite having to do the work of at least two people. Our total wait was around 20 minutes. What great customer service and very very helpful staff. Great job and a wonderful hard working employee. Tyrese had a positive attitude especially with them being understaffed. He deserves a raise he was doing everything and it was well done
