Worst meal I've had in ages. Fries were stone cold. They put mustard on my hamburger. I only live 2 minutes away so I got it to go and ate at home so it was too much trouble to get the fries replaced. I got a junior bacon cheeseburger and didn't know they put mustard on it. I usually get a Whopper and they don't put mustard on that so I didn't think to ask. I think you should ask before you put mustard on a hamburger. I used to go to Burger King all the time but I won't be back again soon.

I was very surprised! I know the Whopper ... Generic "Okay" burger. But I ordered two of the Double Whopper meals to go. And we were VERY surprised at how truly great this burger was. Everything was crisp, when it was supposed to be. The meat was well cooked, but still tender and juicy. It tastes like a Steak burger. Not a whopper. The fries were perfect. Not soggy or oily, either. The attending Association was very nice and she installed our drinks into a caddy and thanked us for coming. This specific BK is worth going out of your way ... So much better than any other BK I've ever visited. I haven't gone to BK in a while. Because I like a baked potato with my sandwich, but THIS BK was so good that I will visit again one of these Thursday nights (when I am in the area).

I am SO upset over the customer service I received OVER THE PHONE. The woman refused to give me her name after being extremely rude to me and having a nasty attitude. I placed a large, expensive, order through Uber Eats. I had a total of 8 chicken sandwiches that I wanted with no lettuce and extra mayo. On the app, it let me do no lettuce, but there was no option to do extra mayo. I also had a whopper junior that I checked *No* for every condiment because I wanted it completely plain, just burger and bun. Well, I called the store immediately after placing my order to ask them to please add extra mayo on those 8 sandwiches because it wouldn't let me do it online. The woman was very rude to me, and when she told me to hold on, I hear her say "what the hell" about m request. THEN when she gets back on the phone, I just wanted to just be sure that the whopper junior was plain, because my son won't eat it if anything is on it... So I start to ask "I also have a whopper junior that-" and she cuts me off saying "ma'am, ma'am, that's just TOO MUCH" with such a nasty attitude. So then I clarified how I wanted the burger and she said they make it however it is on the app, and I said okay I just wanted to be sure.. She was SO rude for no reason. Then I *still* POLITELY ask her what her name is, and she HANGS UP ON ME. What the hell man... I just wanted to make sure my order was right, and I called literally as soon as I placed the order.. Such unnecessary attitude and rudeness... That woman should NOT be in customer service, PERIOD.

My kids love getting the mail, finding the coupons and once a week going to this Burger King. What I enjoy is watching them interact with the counter people, they are always kind and patient while my daughters give them their orders. The girls don't order the same thing every time so it's fu. To watch the interactions. It's hard for me to rate the food a five, I've had old fries before and the chicken nuggets are meh. Atmosphere would be a five because my daughters are always wonderful to be with, but they have what we call "the sarcophogus" in the dining room that's been there as long as my 4.5 year old can remember....so i tell her an Egyptian mummy is in the box. It gets my 11 year old interested in Egypt ology. Love the staff
Was having a not so great day but Niya made it way better with excellent customer service, such a soothing voice, and an overall pleasant manner! Thank you Niya for making my day a little easier and thank you to all the crew members, my order was perfect even the special request was correct! ?
Service is okay.Food is good. It’s clean, that’s a plus! Coupons don’t work easily if you plan on using it. Overall, it’s okay for fast food, specifically this branch.
