We ordered online, and our order was ready on time. The fried fish was crispy and honestly not bad. Everything else is pretty meh if you’re a seafood lover. Lobster balls and stuffed crab is basically blobs of batter with neither hint of lobster nor crab. This is understandable though. We aren’t exactly paying lobster prices. I recommend sticking to fish fillet if you want fried seafood.

We love the food. The last time we went the lobby was closed. They told us the lobby closes one hour before their closing time of 10pm. So we got there tonight at 8:45 and the lobby was closed. They were very rude and unfriendly when we asked if we could come in and order and eat.

I ordered the salmon and my salmon came out all burned and brought to me. The server didn't even apologize. Service was slow. This will be the last time I come to this place.

Short staffed or just pretending. They let a few people in and told us they're leaving. The drive through was open. Absolute disappointment. On a Friday, closing time is 11pm, at 9pm these guys locked the front door. They probably let people they know in for dine in and declined service. Never coming back. Will drive to a further franchise, but not here.

Gabby let me sit at the drive thru window for 6 mins .....long time when waiting. I pulled around to see her with no customers and she was mopping the floor

Hot food. Cooked perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a nicer, more respectful young man who took my order!!! Like I told him, it's really sad that I have to drive waaaaaaay across town to that location because the ones that are a lot closer to me are absolutely awful!!! Every single one of them!! But it's ok ... I don't mind going out of my way for better service and food!!!

Trash needed to be emptied. Male restroom needed to be fixed or something but it clogged and employees has a smart attitude and it being to sassy. I love eating at Captain D's but things need to be addressed. Please keep it clean and the restroom clean, also keep the trash emptied and restroom needs fixed and cleaned so people can use them. God bless and have a wonderful day ??

However … Whoever was the crew on 08/07/2024 should be on ALL THE TIME! My food looks BEAUTIFUL AND TASTE AMAZINGGGG! If they worked every day I’d have no problem coming to this location but it’s such a gamble to get good staff !
