Wow! Honestly with all the bad reviews I was hesitant to order .. but I’m one to judge for myself rather than judge based on the opinion of others ? I ordered a platter & I did NOT disappoint! Generous and correct portion sizes for the 15$ I paid along with nice presentation & low oil content . Fish was fried perfectly & stuffed crabs were delicious and fresh! All sauces were in the bag & I was very full after my meal . Must be new staffing cause this place is bringing Captain D’s Back Baby! ?

Both pieces of fish were very small, and the portion of the side was enough for a baby to eat, not adult portions.

Just getting off from work decided to stop at Captain D’s on Lawrenceville Highway this particular location and everything was amazing on point hats. Delicious all of the above customer service was phenomenal. Thank you so much to the employees at Captain D’s. Back please keep up the Great work great work!

Haven't had CD's in years, decided to give it a shot.Went through the drive thru, sat for almost ten minutes with none of the customers in front of me receiving their orders. I just left. Can't review the food; we didn't get that far.

Even after reading the comments on Google we still decided to give Capt. Ds another try after a years long hiatus. The good news is this comment has nothing to do with your staff like many of the posted complaints. This correspondence has everything to do with the quality of food being supplied at this chain, or lack there of.We ordered a Fish Feast (12filets 12 shrimp...) $42 and change.Disappointed is an understatement. Smaller portions would have been a problem if I actually wanted more. I understand that Capt. Ds frys their food. But we received the saltiest, greasiest overcooked fried food I've EVER had. This will be the last time I ever go back to this chain of franchises.Needless to say this was not what we remembered and I'd like to request a refund for our curious Captain Ds excursion, on Good Friday nevertheless (LOL)...

I always enjoy some good eating with minimal cost. The fish is good! I didn't go in, so I'm unable to rate atmosphere, so I went by previous eat in visits.

Just came through tonight (drive thru) & experienced the worst customer service ever! Very rude, horrible attitude from the lady at the window. They got my order wrong so I had to pull back around to get it fixed. The same cashier that was rude with an attitude had the AUDACITY to ask me and I quote “what do you want us to do wipe it off?” I told her “no, I want it remade plain since that’s what I ordered”. So then the cook comes from the back to tell me to stop at the speaker next time if I need something fixed. She had on no kind of headset. How about you correct this cashier’s order taking skills and customer service skills instead of trying to correct me. I’m highly disgusted with the service I received tonight. Also the lobby was closed at 8:30 pm so the line was wrapped around the building as we also witnessed several people try to enter the building but the door was locked. There was a lady that walked up to the window from being parked and got ignored. My husband didn’t receive a fork for his coleslaw & my side fry was skimpy too. We had to pretty much beg for utensils & napkins! The cashier was also on her phone. She was a heavy set black woman/girl with a wig on if you need a description that’s it. She needs to be fired EXPEDITIOUSLY! Oh yea when they fixed my sandwich the fish was extremely overcooked. I’m soooo disappointed & disgusted! Do not come here!

0 STARS! Entire staff unprofessional including General Manager I just spoke with! Very rude and disrespectful! I came and they forgot one of my items I came back to get it per another manager and they said I couldn’t get it because the other manager did not rely the message. Not sure how that was my fault. Staff disrespected me and called me a liar! Tried to speak with GM and she was like “oh they told me” I need someone in corporate to contact me! I am disappointed and disgusted.

Worst drive thru experience of my life and working as a drive thru manager for 12 years I’m not sure how this place is even legally open. Female Employee (who refused to give her name AND claimed to be the manager) had to retake the order 3 times with the biggest attitude. Leaning against the counter on her phone, she had only 2 customers there (my boyfriend and myself) seemed like she physically did not know how make a drink? Had to ask for cocktail sauce 3 times. I’ve never experienced so much attitude before in my life. Definitely taking this one to corporate.Do NOT go here if you want an enjoyable experience, even if it’s just the drive thru do not waste your money, gas, or time here unless this employee is not there!
