Plz teach your employees what a “light” biscuit is! This is fast food I’m trying to go fast! Not spend 20 mins explaining that I want a biscuit

Thursday February 12 I came to this Chick-fil-A in the drive-thru ordered one chicken noodle soup bowl and a grilled chicken sandwich. Everything went well until I came home the chicken noodle soup was upside down in the bag and literally spilled all over my kitchen floor. It’s crazy to me that someone working at Chick-fil-A will pack a soup upside down knowing it’s going to spill. I called back the Chick-fil-A immediately and spoke to a manager or assistant manager, and they took my name and phone number but still haven’t got back to me and I really don’t care. I could go to another Chick-fil-A location that’s further away than come to this location if they’re going to bag of soup like that. That girl who give me the bag in the drive thru had a smirk on her face as well Like she’s the one who bagged the soup like that. And it’s funny to me that they kept it in two separate bags one grilled chicken was in another bag, and the other chicken noodle soup was in another bag.

I've truly NEVER had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. And shout out to Chris at the front counter for offering the great service I'm used to before it all turned to this. I legitimately felt discriminated against just picking up an order by the other crew, and even had my order pulled back from me after I gave the name. All this after the person who was supposed to be helping me, didn't and left me to wait longer, and the food was already prepared. I don't think I'll be returning to this location again, hopefully doesn't sour the taste of an otherwise great chain experience I've had over the years.

It seems like they always miss something on my order, today I call once I check my order and finding out that I was missing 12 chicken nuggets, they answer the phone and apologize and ask for the order number, once I provide the number they hand up the phone call a couple of times, but they never pick up.

You gotta start checking for vapes or carts because I don’t know what these people are smoking that can’t let them make simple orders and constantly mess up custom orders how is it even possible to ask for a grilled chicken club no tomato and you get one with tomato and no bacon ? These workers high are something ? And by the looks of it other people also have their order messed up this is just sad it’s honestly a surprise whenever my order comes correct

After staying away from this location for maybe over a year now, I decided to give it a try again since its so close to my house. Bad choice simple order of a spicy chicken biscuit meal sub the biscuit for a muffin. Same mistake done multiple times. Ended it for me

This chick fil a is really good because the food is always fresh! I have never gotten stale food from this location. Their employees are friendly as well, but a little slow. Also, their drive-thru takes forever to get past! I've waited almost 20 minutes countless times for a small order, which is a bit ridiculous because the entire point of drive-thru is a faster way of service. If you don't mind the drive-thru, this place is good.
