They hire very rude, lazy, incompetent workers who don’t care. They get orders wrong constantly, they will talk about you in front of you, and they are sloppy. The food quality is also far below other chickfilas. Also, so slow. Just go home and have sleep for dinner, it will be a better experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today, 12/22/2025, at this location. I go through this drive-thru at least 4 times a week and I’ve been a Signature Member for years, so this experience was very unexpected.

The cashier, Logan, was very rude from the start. I rolled my window down and greeted him, but he did not greet me back and instead said, “What you wanna order?” in a disrespectful tone. When I tried to have my QR code scanned for points, it didn’t scan the first time. As I adjusted my phone, he yelled “wait, wait” loudly and rudely.

While I was placing my order, he repeatedly interrupted me saying “Is that it? Is that it?” before I could finish, making me feel rushed and disrespected. His attitude was mean and completely unprofessional.

When I received my food, I politely told the team member handing me my order about the experience. The only response I received was, “If you wait, I can ask my shift lead to talk to you, but you’ll have to wait.” There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue, which added to the frustration.

Service at this location used to be great, which is why this was so disappointing. I will no longer be coming here. The Jimmy Carter Chick-fil-A is about 5 minutes farther for me, but I’d rather drive extra than be treated poorly.

My money is just as good as everyone else’s, and no customer should ever feel rushed or disrespected, especially at a place known for customer service.

First time visit this location. Heart warming and every one smiling and wish Christmas song little louder. Customer service is excellent and very helpful. I will go visit again this location. Oh, decorations is great.

Currently at this location now 08/14/25 9:30 PM and the customer service is poor! Drive thru is disorganized cars are just going freely no direction. I asked for no salt on my fries and the fries were full of salt! I want my money back! Lemonade is thick with some much pulp in it’s almost like foam! No way!!! I didn’t drink it! I would like a refund!! Ridiculous!!

I will not be returning to this location! This location and the location in Cape Girardeau, MO are far by the worst I’ve ever visited!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered chicken stripes meal and recieved grilled club sandwich with bacon in it. Spoke to the manager/ or who ever she was (Amanda)- she asked me to stop by. Will was the 1 refunded me and I gave them the sandwich back. We don't eat bacon and my child was almost about to eat it. Not a single apology from them. They were extremely rude abt it, as if they never make any mistakes.

Always loved CFA lilburn but the other day my car broke down in the drive through and the employees helped push my car to the parking lot. Couldn’t have been more grateful in a moment of embarrassment.

Food is fine. Service, not so much. This is the third time I’ve chosen curbside and I’ve had to go in after waiting for 10 minutes. I have a knee injury which makes it hard to walk, especially when carrying things. Each time, what I’ve ordered is just sitting right there on the counter, and the associate doesn’t seem to care or says, “Oh I didn’t know that was there.”

We ordered for delivery through the chick fil a app. An hour after ordering the food still hadn’t even left the store yet. Cheaper to order off doordash but thought maybe chick fil a delivery would be better. It isn’t and we won’t be doing that again. At this point it’s been an hour and a half since ordering and still no food. We live like 3 miles from this location. Very disappointing to say the least especially when we pre-tipped for the delivery.
Update: No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about my order still not being here.
