The service was horrible. My lemon drop margarita tasted like water down lemonade. The server brought us the wrong food and just shoved it in our hands. The sliders were cold, dry, and hard. Very disappointing experience.

Had a 20 min wait time to be seated and it was not even crowded. Didn’t say much, waited patiently. Then ordered the kids food first and the food came out and it was not warm. They told us that the fries were being “freshly dropped” (never got the fries). Then we waited over 35 mins for our food. We decided to get a waiter and told her if they could just cancel the food because our kids were tired and we had been waiting for a while. And we would just pay for what we already got. Which was two kids meals and the drinks. Not even 1 min later our food arrives and it was cold. The moment they brought the food we asked for a to go box. And the lady who brought us the food looked annoyed with us for asking for that. One of my friends plate was missing an order of fries and she claimed that it was being made. When she brought the to go box, we said thank you. And she ignored us. Our waiter came by and apologized for it taking so long and stated he would see if we could get a discount. We thanked him. Waited another 10 mins. He never came back. We paid on the tablet and left. Worst customer service we have ever experienced at a chilies. Would not recommend to go here.

We tried it again, but won't be back. This location is way under staffed, unclean & slow. We were not satisfied at all by the service, the food or the establishment. We love Chilis at Stonecrest, but this location need some work! We wait about 30 min for the hostess to seat us, about 35 min for our waitress to realize we were there & she kept forgetting us & our food. It was served to us warm not hot & we never got our refill or our to go meal. 🤷🏾♀️ we won't try this location again. Last time for real.

Half of the restaurant was empty this evening at 6:00pm. Had about six couples wait for a ten minute wait. After they didn't seat anyone in thirty minutes -We left. Plus they weren't even open a few days ago at lunch.

It's been a minute since I've been out to eat and this was one for the books. The service slow, the food was cold, my daughter left with an upset stomach. My grandson, who eats everything, left with a to go plate. I asked several times, to several waiter for condiments and my food was cold before I got them. I had to ask for extra Alfredo sauce, because my pasta came out dry. My wings were hard, dry, and cold. To top it all off, they overcharged for 3 meals we didn't order. This was ridiculous, I will never eat here again.

Waited 20 minutes before they ever even came to take our order and another half hour before our food actually came and that was just the appetizer we ordered, which also happened to be incorrect. Our drinks never got refilled until the food actually came which was over an hour after we had sat down. The quesadillas were dry and hard and the pasta was cold. Clearly the food was made promptly but just sat there under the heat lamps, the actual place where hotter than the food that was on them. We had to keep searching for the server to ask for refills and napkins and she seemed annoyed like she didn't want to be here, that's when she actually showed up because she never checked on us in between us waiting for the food. By the time she brought us refills it was towards the end of the meal and we had already had to eat our food with no drink , once she did bring them, she didn't even take the empty cups she just left them there so we ended up with an overcrowded table. No apology for the wait or anything. So I had to sit here, with 5 hungry teenagers waiting forever for some subpar food. The table next to us got their drinks and appetizers probably within 15 minutes of being seated but they also had a different server so clearly the problem here was our server. It has now been 2 hours since we were seated and we're still waiting for her to come around with the check and to go boxes for the rest of our crappy food that we had to wait so long for. I've never had such terrible service in my life
