We tried it again, but won't be back. This location is way under staffed, unclean & slow. We were not satisfied at all by the service, the food or the establishment. We love Chilis at Stonecrest, but this location need some work! We wait about 30 min for the hostess to seat us, about 35 min for our waitress to realize we were there & she kept forgetting us & our food. It was served to us warm not hot & we never got our refill or our to go meal. 🤷🏾‍♀️...

I keep coming back to Chili’s because of Gabby! She always makes the experience exceptional. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine care make each visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond, but Gabby does it every time. Thank you, Chili’s, for having such an amazing team member—she’s the reason we love coming here!

This is the first time I have had the entire staff from the time I entered be so welcoming and happy. I loved our server Mickey!! Even the young lady who brought out the food had such a beautiful personality and smile. The manager on duty a young man was just as pleasant as his staff. I must say this was a great ending to my weekend and I will definitely be back. Oh and the food was super fresh!
