Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chicken was RAW!!! RAW PINK UNCOOKED CHICKEN. They didnt give me any refund, I had to call customer service. The ladies that I showed my bowl to just took a look a threw the bowl away, without acknowledge me.

Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I could get severely sick and they didnt care.

Terrible will never eat there again and yall shouldn’t either.

Even the time before this incident when I received my food it was cold. And I decided to give them another chance and receive RAW CHICKEN… absolutely disgusting and traumatic.

Ordered a chicken bowl and literally got a raw piece of chicken. Took it back to the restaurant and they told us they couldn’t refund our money and had to call a customer service number… last we came here food was cold, now this.never coming to this location again

Man that girl in the front was acting like the chicken comes out of her paycheck, I said Half Sofritas and Half chicken and that bum gave me 70% sofritas and 30% chicken.

Drive thru at this location was quick. I went at 2 pm and the food was fresh and tasty!!! Definitely coming back to this location

They are only getting a two because the girl gave me the code for the bathroom twice. The older Hispanic woman that started my order got an attitude because I said not a lot of rice she proceeded to put literally half of a scoop of rice in there when originally she put 2 massive scoops. Then proceeded to do the same thing with the protein. Asked me if I wanted aonion and peppers and queso I said yes she was rushing me so bad she didn’t hear. THE FOOD WAS GOOD except for the brisket being more fat the actual meat.

Store is full of hardworking people. Some people just want extra everything without asking- all you have to do is ask. I witnessed a guest going mad over portions, that they never asked extra for. Literally starting recording the store and everything.. My respects to the crew that handle themselves well, and the managers that put up with those bitter people! People will never be satisfied. My experience was great. Quick, and When I asked for more toppings and rice they provide. Will be coming back.
