When ordering for pickup at the drive-thru, be sure to open and check your bag to confirm that everything you ordered is included. I ordered a bowl, a burrito, and two soda drinks. When I arrived at the window, the staff member quickly handed me the bag and shut the window. Since I ordered multiple items and the bag felt very light, I opened it and found only the bowl inside.
I called her back to the window to ask for my burrito and drinks. She seemed unaware of the mix-up and then handed me the burrito and drinks, which were already made with my name on them but had not been added to my bag with the bowl. It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t check the bag, which was taped, and just drive off.
I’m sure this happens frequently with Uber Eats pickups because drivers typically don’t open the bags to confirm what’s inside. I recommend staying away from this branch or, at the very least, checking your order before driving away.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle.
I ordered only a Carne Asada Salad, but I was charged $28.51 — which included a Carne Asada Burrito and Chips that I never ordered.
When I went back to fix it, the staff was rude and only refunded a Carnitas Burrito ($10.71) that wasn’t even on my receipt.
I’ve decided not to continue with the refund — it’s not worth the stress.
But please, if you visit this location, always check your receipt carefully before you leave.

Says on door they are open at 10:45 am. The ppl were inside and woukdnt open the door. Why post on ur door its open and have the doors locked.

Absolutely ridiculous that every time I’ve gone inside they are out of every protein and side. The smallest amount of protein you ask for alittle more and it has to be double. Then you ask for quac and it wasn’t even half a spoon full then have the audacity to ask ring up 18 dollars. Yall wonder why it’s always empty in there. Lazy and act like the food is coming out their pay check. Will not be going back in here.

I was taken aback by my experience tonight (7/20). We visit this Chipotle regularly and usually have no complaints. When I ordered my usual two kids meals for my little ones (with an extra cheese quesadilla in each meal that I am always happy to pay for…just one cheese quesadilla does not ever fill them up) one of the team members proceeded to halt our order and move between the other team members to say that I was wrong and only one quesadilla is allowed within a kids meal. The funny thing is we have purchased countless meals here and we have always set up our order this way (which I explained when questioned). It has never been an issue before and it shouldn’t have been an issue this evening. I thought this team member’s actions were so petty. (I should have asked for her name. She was an older woman with glasses.) What’s worse is that the line was growing while she was doing her “whistleblowing” for no reason. Thankfully, the other team members were much more professional and let me pay for my extra kids quesadillas in peace. I want to reiterate that we usually have a good experience, but tonight had me looking into other options and it turns out there are nearby branches with much better ratings/reviews. I’ll be taking my business there.

i ordered from this place and found not one BUT MULTIPLE strands of hair at the bottom of my bowl absolutely disgusting and will not be ordering from here again i would expect better but apparently not this is ABSOLUTELY PUTRID like who doesn’t wear hairnets when making food or at least make sure i have a clean bowl to eat out of. They need to retrain their staff on cleaning because this is absolutely unacceptable.

The cook was very racist, mistreated the two employees attending the customers, and insulted me, my daughter, and my wife.
I did contain my anger, knowing that he would retaliate against the other two employees.

I love chipotle but this is the stingiest place is been twice that I do to go An either forget the chicken or my sides. It sucks that I work far and can just pick up and when I get to the office my food is not there. This is the only chipotle that needs to improve on orders.

Meat looked 3days old. Girl making the bowl rationed the portions out like she was the one paying for it and had an attitude when I asked for more of anything she put in my bowl. Got chips and queso paid for a large and come to find out she didn’t even fill the cup all the way. Vibe was way off. Everyone seemed mad. Worst possible experience at any restaurant ever. Got to do better.
