Horrible customer service! I stood inside, at the register waiting for someone to take my order while three employees stood on the other side of the counter talking amongst themselves. After five minutes of waiting I asked if could place and order. The female employee acted as if I was inconveniencing her. I will never return.

I was charged a for a large blizzard when they only provided a medium. When queried I was told that there is a size larger even though no other DQ does this. Management was not receptive in resolving even after proof was shown on DQ’s website.

I typically don’t post complaints, but I felt compelled to share a recent negative experience at the Dairy Queen on Five Forks Trickum in Lilburn, GA, in hopes that it leads to better customer service practices.
My family and I arrived at this location around 9:00 p.m. for dinner. According to Google, the Dairy Queen website, and the posted hours on the front door, this location is open until 10:00 p.m. for both dine-in and drive-thru service. When we entered, there were multiple customers seated and placing orders, and we were able to place our order without issue.
However, around 9:15 p.m., a staff member locked the front doors and began going from table to table informing guests that the dining room closed at 9:30 p.m., and we needed to leave shortly so the team could begin closing procedures. This was surprising, especially given the posted hours. Several tables, including ours, had just received food. A few guests understandably expressed frustration, stating they had just received their meals and expected to be able to enjoy them without being rushed out.
We tried to finish our food quickly and opted to order ice cream to-go. While placing that order, another staff member began rolling up floor mats and sweeping directly around and over my wife’s feet, essentially pushing her aside while telling her the lobby was closed and she was in the way. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
When I brought this to the attention of the manager, his only response was, “We close at 9:30.” This directly contradicted the posted 10:00 p.m. closing time and made it clear there was either a serious communication issue or a disregard for customer service. What was most troubling, however, was the lack of any meaningful response from management or acknowledgment of the poor treatment.
Additionally, I was disturbed to see a sticker on the manager’s office door that read: “Live like Ali, die like Hussein.” Whether this was intended to be religious, political, or otherwise, it felt deeply inappropriate in a family restaurant setting and was the final indicator of an unprofessional environment.
As a paying customer who spent nearly $60 that evening, I expected a basic level of respect and courtesy. Instead, my family and I felt rushed, disrespected, and unwelcome. We will not be returning to this location, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously by the franchise owner or corporate team.

This place is trash and customer service sucks. If the mess up your order the don't care to make it right and give you a bad attitude. They will go out of business soon. I recommend staying away from here

From the drive thru, service was bad. The Hispanic man stated “Is that all!!!!” I replied “give me one second” went to the window and he gave me two orders and then kept looking at me like “what are you still doing here?” I said I’m missing two cones and he said you only ordered one. We paid for the others but he was being rude and not apologetic at all for his mistake. Then before leaving I said “You know what? You could have been nicer” he was going to reply “You know what?…….” But we left before he could finish that sentence. Who does that.

Ordered a mint oreo blizzard and there’s no mint in it. Wasted almost $7 from a gift card. The lady at the window was not nice in any way and was too busy speaking in her native tongue on the phone from the looks of it. I’ve given this location too many chances but this was the last one.
