Worst place to get pizza manager, the lady manager is very rude to the customer. We ask help for online ordering she did not help and she had a very, very bad attitude. She threw the pizza on our face like she didn’t wanna solve the pizza please replace this manager. She is not listening to the customer and yelling at customers without any reason.

I tried to order online food. It took my money off my debit card. I called store 4133 and they said the order did not go through. I spoke with Star the manager. She took my food order again. She entered my debit card number twice and said the cc card number Zip code did go through. My bank showed it went through twice. I called back I had a hard time talking to someone. STAR left for the day. They said Devone was the other manager he laughed and said call my bank to get my money refund. There was loud laughing in the background. I told Star my car is in the shop. I needed food. 4 times this stoe took money off of my car but could not see a delivery for me. This is THE WORST Domino's Pizza. I will NEVER do business with this store 4133. I wasted my time. Now I have no money or food. The worst.

Ordered from this Dominos since it is my go to. Normally get great food and delivery but this time, not so much! I ordered the new stuffed crust with Philly steak on it. It wasn't a bad tasting pizza but where is the beef???? Talk about being stingy even though I paid for it. Seriously starting to doubt this store and the quality!

We were headed up to my gma’s and placed an order for delivery to her address before we got there. Once we arrived we realized we needed one more pizza so we placed another delivery and idk how they got it done and delivered so quickly but it was super fast like 10 minutes at most.

The African guy at drive through trying to keep my change after I pay and didn't give me a receipt. Only after I asked 5 times for it then he explained math wrong and short me more money. I was annoyed at this point and he ask for tip at the drive thru. So I let him keep the change and left. Be careful and watch your money here. They try to be sneaky and once caught play dumb.
Always ask for the receipt
If you don't get a receipt they will short your money.
Please please be careful I wouldn't want that experience on anyone else.

Wrong order and decided to not fix it. Employee acknowledged the error and told me that since I had thrown the rest of the pizza away, they will not fix it as their GM specifically instructed them to do so. One of the worst runs franchises around.

This is a really nice and clean store. There are places to sit and the windows is nice and clean and bright. There’s a spot where the kiddos can watch the kitchen which was clean and the people behind there looked happy and decent. I sat and placed my order online since I was able to get the good discounts that way and no one hassled me spending the time. My pizza was good looking and even tho the chicken was mid I was happy with it because it’s the company not this actual location.

Great serv via drive thru, ordering online is easy, also new stuffed crust is delicious . Fair 🏆 price.

Food is fine. Staff doesn't follow correct procedures or protocols.
Driver went to the wrong house. Called to see where my order was, driver argued that he was at the right house (he wasn't). Confirmed I entered the correct delivery address. They brought the pizza back cold. I sent it back because I'm not spending $30 on 2 cold pizzas.
Manager offered to remake pizza (that's why they have 2 stars)
Is it the worst pizza place? No, but if you want consistent quality and service, maybe think twice before coming here.
What protocols do they not follow you might ask?
- no labels on pizza. Labels include customer contact info, so driver can contact you in case they can't find your house.
- pizzas not delivered in insulated bag. Pizza was cold.
- pizza was not remade. There were 45 minutes between the time the pizza originally left the store and when it was brought to my home. The store is 10 minutes from my house.

I literally just called this location to do business and was racially profiled.First I was hung up on for no reason and the call was recorded.Then when I called back I was told by the young lady that she couldn’t hear me and she needed to change phones.I was then put on hold for 5 minutes then I just hung up.Someone should be fired I’m a black man by the way
