Shawn or Jerome gave me no assistance but put me on hold. He answered as Shawn but when I asked his name he said the other and said it's no Shawn workong here so I have no clue. But they duck and will never call again

Food is fine. Staff doesn't follow correct procedures or protocols.

Driver went to the wrong house. Called to see where my order was, driver argued that he was at the right house (he wasn't). Confirmed I entered the correct delivery address. They brought the pizza back cold. I sent it back because I'm not spending $30 on 2 cold pizzas.

Manager offered to remake pizza (that's why they have 2 stars)

Is it the worst pizza place? No, but if you want consistent quality and service, maybe think twice before coming here.

What protocols do they not follow you might ask?
- no labels on pizza. Labels include customer contact info, so driver can contact you in case they can't find your house.
- pizzas not delivered in insulated bag. Pizza was cold.
- pizza was not remade. There were 45 minutes between the time the pizza originally left the store and when it was brought to my home. The store is 10 minutes from my house.

I literally just called this location to do business and was racially profiled.First I was hung up on for no reason and the call was recorded.Then when I called back I was told by the young lady that she couldn’t hear me and she needed to change phones.I was then put on hold for 5 minutes then I just hung up.Someone should be fired I’m a black man by the way

After a long football game and almost closing the guy at the window provided exceptional customer service. Pizza hot ? when we got home.

Bought a cheesesteak sandwich.... worst cheesesteak sandwich I ever ordered... bread was dry, steak was un seasoned... when I asked for a cheesesteak the lady behind the counter asked " Whats that".... I should of left at that point but I was hungry. NEVER EVER EVER EVER.... GO TO THIS DOMINOES!!

Stopped at this store to get quick dinner. Walked in the store our order was first. Lady said order will be ready soon. 20 minutes plus another lady asks if my name was Ismael, I said no. Well the pizza was sitting in the warmer while these ladies were having a nice chat. Lady comes to cash me out, I paid cash. She went right back to the pizza dough, NO GLOVES, NO WASHING HANDS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ?
No hair nets nothing, i won’t ever put a foot again here. And if you appreciate clean food you shouldn’t either.
Oh and after addressing this, 2 of the 3 ladies were laughing. Horrible

Always understaff takes to long to someone come to the window 20 minutes waiting on a window to someone at least to say one second. I have to come inside to get my cold pizza
