I've visited this Dunkin’ location three times, and each time I've been disappointed. The bagels have consistently been cold inside , and the service is slow whether you're inside, using the drive-thru, or picking up. Despite having many workers, efficiency is lacking. Not impressed.

Terrible drive through service. They got two of my orders wrong. I asked for a signature latte and they gave me no whipped cream when ALL their signature lattes are supposed to come with it. They didn’t even ask if I wanted it even though they did ask if I wanted whipped cream on two frozen coffees. I also asked for two sausage egg and cheese biscuits and they just gave me two sausage biscuits. I had to drive back to ask for my correct order and they argued with me that it was my fault for the order not being right. No one was friendly and they wanted to charge me more money to fix the order. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this restaurant if you value even the most minuscule amount of friendly service. 0 out of 5 stars.

Rude, unprofessional, and rushed !!! The staff here are completely incompetent. I ordered 3 cups of water at the drive thru along with my order. When I got to the window she handed me ONE. She charged me 50 cents for it which is fine. When I asked for the other two and offered to pay for them, she simply said no we don't do that here . Why not ?!
Every time I have come to this location I've found the staff extremely rude, unprofessional, and just piss poor. Go learn customer service please !!

I go to this store 2 /3 times a week. Dunkin is expensive but now the employees also try to rip you off. I ordered bagel with cream cheese, they only put the spread on one side and kept the rest. You have to ask for your offer.

I have NEVER come into contact with any other place that gives such horrible service. The employees all the way up to the managers, are RUDE. No greeting. No thank you’s, just hand you your items and look at you like you’re crazy. I had to call corporate on the manager because she literally snatched a receipt from me. It’s simple, don’t go into the serve industry, if you don’t want to serve. Go get a job at Instacart or something. Smh. This place is a joke.

They did not pay attention to my order and gave me an entirely wrong drink I ordered a frozen caramel with whip cream and got a iced caramel with no whip cream exclaiming I ordered something else and hand it to me with a bad manner and very little caramel sauce
Originally they decided to give me someone else’s order. I had ordered through the mobile app. When I gave them my name, they said they gave my order to someone else. I asked for a refund, they said no we can’t do that. I asked if they can remake my order, they also said no. They would not give me any direction on how to get my refund either. I even asked for my receipt, they wouldn’t even give me that ?.
I would not recommend ordering from this dunkin’ again.

alm what i have to say is really bad service, such as bad attitude, we were alone in the line, she missed up my order, and then have it wrong again and forgot my drink, turned around she forgot to add the drink, so we asked her to add the drinks, she had the audacity to ask us to turn around and go order one more time , still nobody in line, but she just want us to make a huge turn for nothing , so disappointed, i honestly lost my time with her mistake and rushing to work but still she wanted me to make turn for no reason,
This location is out of my way but I come here because customer service and coffee is 10/10
