My coffee the last 2 times I've been here wasn't as good as it's been at other Dunkin locations. My breakfast sandwich was overcooked and the edges were tough and chewy. My husbands green tea tasted burnt (way too bitter) and they forgot the blueberry flavoring.

Food is hit or miss (sometimes cold). Customer service awful; especially lady taking orders in drive thru. But drinks are consistently good.

I don’t know who hire these people at the cashier but they are the worst people to deal with. 0/100 customer service. I went there to get iced matcha and asked to get 3 more scoops of matcha and let her know the cashier that I am okay with getting charged extra. She said okay and she gave me the drink and it was milky and I asked her politely to add more scoops of matcha and she can charge my card but on the order label I can see she forgot to put the additional match scoop I asked for. She then came and snatched my drink and put match powder on the top and leave it at the counter for me. When I see the drink which I will attach below , she put the powder at the top of my drink and left. I asked for the manger they couldn’t provide , I asked for her name they couldn’t provide me with that either. I will definitely call corporate and let them know this and show how my matcha was served. This was the lady with the full on attitude that snatched my drink and gave me the drink like it’s shown in the picture.

I dont know why I keep coming here. Every time I give them a chance , they just remind me why I no longer come to this location. The Lady at the Drive thru window is so rude. She doesn't say Goodmorning, Thank you, your welcome , Nothing. She acts as if it's literally killing her to serve you. I don't know why or how she is still there and every time I go she reminds me why I no longer come to this location, on top of my coffee always taste bad and watered down.
The young lady with the eyebrow piercing and reddish hair showed exemplary customer service, and the food came out very quick! Very pleased with the workers, will definitely be back!

It's a no for me ever again....and I mean this for all Dunkin locations now due to this location. I was a very consistent customer getting almost the same thing every week for years but they started forgetting bits of my order over time and it frustrated me. Nobody would reach out when I would address it with the DD location or corporate! Lost over 30$ in missing items! I tried to give them grace but it's outta hand and I'd rather not deal with crappy service and food...I'm good. Damn shame...

Was there with my family and there was not one seat available because all the students where everywhere on there phones and playing around without even buy anything there to support there stay! Leave room for paying customers! Manager did nothing!
