I ordered coffee to grab otw to work and they did not make any iced coffee so they couldnt provide the product they already took my money for. I got a refund but the idea is you stop on the way to work and get a coffee quick not THIS. Its not a hard job. The machine does it for you you just have to fill it with beans and hit ON.

Updating my review because this truly is the best dunkin I’ve ever been to. Whenever I go to my bfs house an hour away, I’m always so sad that I can’t go to my usual dunkin. The food is ALWAYS better (and actually freshly heated up) here and the drinks and the people are always so nice. I wish I knew the names of all the lovely people working here so I could give them the cred they deserve. Not to mention, I’ve been going to this dunkin for years so the staff has changed a lot over time so you can tell management here is above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here that wasn’t easily fixed.

This place is the worst. They have no clue what a bacon croissant is. Constantly get a variation of what I didn't order. I'm not sure if this a break down of communication or not, the one in Lilburn it just as bad. Done with Dunkin won't be eating there again. EVER

This Dunkin is a mile further from my home but today is thanksgiving and they were the only one open. When I ordered my iced macha latte, I was surprised when Jay ask if I wanted sweat cream on top. Never tried it and have never been offered it as an option at any other Dunkin. Jay was extremely polite and I found my new Dunkin for breakfast every morning.

Oh wow! If you look at my Google reviews, they are 100% positive, and there are a lot of them. This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and I’ve actually come to this location numerous times. They are consistently rude. I have also ordered the same menu item three different times and have received three different food items (??). Today was our last visit though. Our total was $9.52, and I paid in cash with $20.02. She threw a $10 bill at me for change after handing me our food and said have a good day. I’m really not cheap, and she can have my 20 cents, but when I asked about her short changing me, she just walked away and didn’t come back. There were cars behind me, so I just drove away. So bizarre.

Pretty normal Dunkin Donuts. I got the chocolate cake donut and it was alright, but it could've used more icing. They charged me for a water but not my friend which kinda annoyed me. I don't think they should be charging for water at all. But oh well.
They suck. The worst customer service. The food sucks every time. Literally the worst customer service ever. Their coffee always sucks. Plain coffee. How can you get it so wrong!?!? They suck! Worst Dunkin location even. Total losers. Go literally anywhere else. COMPLETE losers.

I make my order 1 egg and cheese cresant one order of everything bagel bites hash browns and a boston cream doughnut. I get handed my food and am told aggressively everything's in there no need to check. I check my food anyway and there's two sandwiches instead of one both have bacon and both obviously old. And no doughnut. I wait and tell him what's wrong and he's visibly upset and tries to tell me i ordered bacon when i specifically did not. He comes back and hands me the two sandwiches with no bacon. I than explain i don't have my doughnut and he's visibly pissed off at this point. Once he hands it to me i check the sandwiches again to make sure and he tells me no need to check it's all right in this weird nervous way. I'm starting to get pissed off cause this dudes trying to tell me not to check my food when he already got it wrong once. It was very obvious the reason they gave me the bacon sandwiches is because it was old food they wanted to get rid of. Anyway i get home and start eating my food when i taste bacon. I open my sandwich to find bacon grease and tiny bits of bacon. I am beyond mad at this point. Instead of making me a new sandwich they gave me the original sandwiches and took the bacon off after i had told him to his face i was a vegetarian. I didn't catch his name but it was the indian dude. This is the worst fast food experience i ve ever had which says a lot. I don't know who manages this place but do your job jesus.

This is our favorite DD-BR shop. Spatious and clean, we could always find seats for dining-in. Staff are friendly. Service is good, almost no wait time although they had many clients every time we went to the shop. Plenty of choices for ice cream and donuts. Parking is free but there are not many parking slots.
