Firehouse Subs Lilburn

Whoever was making sandwiches specifically on March 30, 2025 from 4pm to 5pm needs to be FIRED immediately! They do not know how to make sandwiches properly! This is a whole mess up to the brand and from the other reviews something needs to be done. The owner responds to reviews but what is being done? Just shut it down. My sandwich was soggy and wet bread, messy and they missed the bacon I PAID for! I didn’t even eat it, it looked disgusting. I will never in my life order from here again! NEVER!

I came in to order a sandwich like l usually do every week on my lunch break there was a white male and Hispanic female that was working the customer service was good I got my food to eat and I bit a piece of the sandwich and saw hair in the food I look over it was the Hispanic female hair I saw in the food do you guys not know how to tell your workers to put on a bag over there heads it’s nasty and disgusting and I got a second sandwich and the chicken wasn’t even cook properly it was the worse sandwich I ever got from firehouse sub I don’t recommend to get a sandwich from any of them honestly and that’s the true

Definitely will be going elsewhere , the manager Brianna was very rude , disrespectful & racist . She gets aggressive & lashes out if you have an issue with your order . She takes it out on the customer & the staff . That's no way to manage a store . From other reviews it seems like she has a problem with Hispanic people which is such a shame because that's mostly the population in that area . I will not waste another dime there . I rather drive an extra mile to a different location .

Manager Bryanna was extremely mean. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated. On top of that I can smell alcohol on her. I will never return again.

Manager is extremely rude to customers & staff. She yells in front of customers & curses a lot. It’s an open kitchen so everyone can hear. It’s not an environment I want to eat at anymore. Will not be returning!

Manager Bryanna was aggressively yelling at the young staffs’ faces, cussing, & proceeded to call the cops on my mother & I for confronting an issue w/our food. I see other reviews regarding her. I feel like corporate needs to take these more serious.

So disappointed with my fav firehouse location. Firstly, I was missing 3 items out of my order. I checked so i didn't leave without them so that was the only plus. The manager was aggressive and rude, not to me but to other patrons and her staff. Then when the patron said to the manger that she can't speak to people that way, she called the police! And victimized herself when she was the one in the wrong! The store was full of customers. Appalled customers. I'll never come to this location again.

The people were nice and the store was clean, but our veggie sandwich didn't have the amount of ingredients on it as we usually get at other stores. It was mostly bread.

There was maybe 4 people in the store. Waited twenty minutes for a sub. Went to check on it and turns out they hadn’t even started it. And someone lost my ticket. At this point I was the only person there! I just got a refund instead. Three dudes were behind the counter. And no one wondered why I was just sitting there?!?

Come here from time to time the service was good atmosphere good but for the first time the food was terrible. So bad it made me throw up 10 minutes after I left. I got the sweet and spicy meatball sub and it was off.

Placed an online order. Arrived and the doors were locked and the staff inside refused to come to the door, explain, or answer the phone. They screamed at us to leave. Manager called me back later was extremely rude, told me she’s not wasting her time on a $50 order when she has a $700 order and she did not have time to speak to me. She refunded my order and hung up on me. We have been coming here for years most Sundays after church for a family of 7 so they have gotten way more than $700 from us. They couldn’t even take the time to tell us they were not making our order or put a sign on the door.
