Firehouse Subs Lilburn

I walked into Firehouse Subs at 4145 Lawrenceville Highway, suite 16, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, after a few months away. Host Phil greeted me like an old friend, instantly recalling my name and my usual meatball sub on wheat bread before I could even speak. That level of genuine care blew me away—it's the kind of service you expect from a five-star restaurant, not a sub shop. The food? Absolutely top-notch, hands down the best subs in the area. I'll keep coming back for more.

General Manager is Rude she would not serve me. She messed up my order. She accused me of lying. She yelled caused a scene. She did not serve me.

This is BY FAR the best firehouse Ive had the pleasure of going to. The food is always made how I like it, and the staff are absolutely incredible. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a bright smile. They're always ready to answer any questions I have, and they're always very nice to me. I've never once had any issues with them, or them with me. So with the stories I hear about people yelling, cursing, and snapping out on the staff; id say the issue isn't the staff. It's the CUSTOMER. They are people too, they working hard too get everyone's food correct the whole day, they are trying their hardest. We should appreciate their efforts at the end of the day.

I don’t want to be the person that drives business away but it seems repetitive with the quality and reviews as well as the owners replies. My main concern is that there’s somewhat of an “AI” response and not a resolution. I do not expect to get what I paid for at this point. Here’s why…..
Wanted to try the new turkey, stuffing with cranberry sauce and literally did NOT have ANY TURKEY?! 🤨
Check the photo below… the misses and I split a large. She literally had 3 small squares of turkey and I have an amazing 2 tiny pieces!
This sub cost over $15 and it comes with no meat?? 😳
The week before today we ordered the same through “Uber Eats” and only received one sandwich. Paid for 2 but only got one!! And now this. 🤦🏼‍♂️

The manager and staff were all very nice and friendly. They made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, and their positive attitude really stood out. It's clear they care about providing great service, even late at night.

As usual, the best chicken sandwiches available anywhere. Waffle fries were delicious. Food was served at the proper temperature. Staff was happy, attentive, and helpful. Overall a great place to lunch.

First time giving fire house subs a try, and I loved it! I tried the firehouse steak and cheese with added veggies and it was amazing. The staff is very quick and the restaurant is very clean. They had lots of options so I can't wait to come back and try their other flavor combinations.
