Sign and website said 10pm close. Tried calling no answer, drive over 15 miles and get that by 9:50 doors locked, guy tells me he’s not serving because they’re closed. This is BS and terrible customer service

Very good food, very good service. Quick feedback: if a customer orders a large sandwich combo meal, please inform customer that the large beverage comes with the meal and give a large cup instead of a medium cup.

Phil took my husband and my order and when we requested a large cup with our combos she snatched the small cups out our hand and threw it away. We requested management and all she did was refund our money. The employee should be fired and not working a cash register with an attitude like that. Will not come back again! I will be calling corporate to report this!!!

Whoever was making sandwiches specifically on March 30, 2025 from 4pm to 5pm needs to be FIRED immediately! They do not know how to make sandwiches properly! This is a whole mess up to the brand and from the other reviews something needs to be done. The owner responds to reviews but what is being done? Just shut it down. My sandwich was soggy and wet bread, messy and they missed the bacon I PAID for! I didn’t even eat it, it looked disgusting. I will never in my life order from here again! NEVER!

I came in to order a sandwich like l usually do every week on my lunch break there was a white male and Hispanic female that was working the customer service was good I got my food to eat and I bit a piece of the sandwich and saw hair in the food I look over it was the Hispanic female hair I saw in the food do you guys not know how to tell your workers to put on a bag over there heads it’s nasty and disgusting and I got a second sandwich and the chicken wasn’t even cook properly it was the worse sandwich I ever got from firehouse sub I don’t recommend to get a sandwich from any of them honestly and that’s the true

Definitely will be going elsewhere , the manager Brianna was very rude , disrespectful & racist . She gets aggressive & lashes out if you have an issue with your order . She takes it out on the customer & the staff . That's no way to manage a store . From other reviews it seems like she has a problem with Hispanic people which is such a shame because that's mostly the population in that area . I will not waste another dime there . I rather drive an extra mile to a different location .

Manager Bryanna was extremely mean. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated. On top of that I can smell alcohol on her. I will never return again.
