Whatever you do, don't order online from these idiots. They are not interested in making your order the way you want, they make it what's easiest and fastest for them. I stopped going here for a year because the consistently ignored WRITTEN DOWN FOR THEM INSTRUCTIONS. Figured I would give them another chance. Nope. They have not improved one whit. I will not patronize that location ever again.

Worst experience ever ordering food through Grub the food was missing extra meat and was drowned in mayo. Took it back to Firehouse Subs to have it corrected and was treated by yelling refusal to correct the mistake unhinged manager yelling she was not going through this today and called the police. This was supposed to be double meat with mustard instead it was heavy may little meat put in the trash don't trust them.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Firehouse Subs, and I can confidently say it was a 5-star experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, taking our order with precision and a genuine smile.What truly impressed me was the way they handled my request for a modified veggie sandwich. Not only did they execute it flawlessly, but they also made it taste just as delicious as the first day I tried it. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.The attention to detail and dedication of the staff in ensuring the order was just right was truly commendable. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Firehouse Subs has definitely earned my highest recommendation, and I'll be returning for more of their fantastic sandwiches in the future!
I am fairly new to Firehouse. My coworker recommended it last year and I kept saying I'm going to stop by and check it out. So I finally did and realized I've been depriving myself of that veggie sub deliciousness lol. I don't remember the guy name who initially fixed it but he said you're going to love it. I was hooked at first bite. Went back like 3 days later and that young lady made it just as nice and I've been several more times. Fast forward to this week our staff party was the 17th and Firehouse was voted to cater for it. We were not disappointed. Thank you Bryana and the young lady who assisted her with our order. Everything was AMAZING from the fresh and delicious food to the names on each box/cups and condiments that were asked for and not to mentioned they had it ready promptly for the time we needed it. We truly appreciate it and I will definitely recommend and be returning soon.

Somehow slower than Christmas with 6 customers in the restaurant and only 3 mobile orders going out in the half hour I waited for a sandwich. Manager yelling about how they’re going as fast as they can, when no one even said anything. I work in a restaurant, so I am not just being overly critical. This is just bad.

Don’t bother buying the Mac and cheese if the lady making it looks like she is in a bad mood. You will get a cup with barely warm mac and a lot of water
