The food is reheated and isn’t good. Instead of them taking structured advice to improve customer service. You want to quote bible scripture instead of taking accountability in process improvement. The WORD OF GOD says my people suffer for a lack in knowledge. Everyone isn’t lying on you and because of the spirit of offense that compels you to send these text messages of lack of good customer services. My daughter ordered food and it was reheated old food. I then inquired about the food and was not greeted by a man of God but a prideful person who was rude. If I wasn’t a saved women I would’ve had my husband address your disrespect. But God will bring repentance your way!

Went for some food last night with the girlfriend, got the chin chin and spinach and jollof rice. Food was cold and not very good. Tasted like there was 0 flavour to anything.
Also want to mention to the owner directly, you won’t be using god on me, you can’t use god as a solution to ur 1 star problems. You can’t run a business with the replies you make. If you think god is gonna let you in and not other because they “lie” is wild. He won’t be letting you in because you can’t even take constructive criticism of your food that you sell. Also how do you know that people want free food? You need help, you need something, but a good business is not one of those somethings. If that’s how you react to customers in ur reviews god help us if we sat in ur nasty establishment.
As you always, may god be with you

If I could give them a zero star I would. I ordered two egusi and fufu and they tasted nasty. The foods weren't eatable. I threw them in the trash. The restaurant owner and cooks should be ashamed for opened a restaurant when they don't even know how to cook.

Peace up the owner prep to go but made my quaint dining experience a plus. When Traveling I come to ATL for African cuisine. The red snapper was superb.Great conversation and positive vibes.Mom full and feel blessed to have encountered a professional and great Wonan.

Wow. DEEEELICIOUS!!! FINGERLICKING GOOD! I'd been craving to try Egusi Soup & Fufu for quite some time. Took me a long time to make a decision on which restaurant to choose as I wanted my first experience to be a good one. Finally today something told me just to go for it, & this restaurant was one of (if not- THE ONLY) that offered it VEGAN! Held off for so long because to me, I'm thinking it would be better to dine in and eat it fresh but I'm glad my curiosity got the best of me. Ordered it on UberEats & man it was everything I imagined. Soooo flavorful & rich. Even though it's my first time, I think that it's probably gonna be my favorite. It was so good I didn't even think to take pictures, I was just in the moment giving appreciation. I'll take pictures next time I have some, probably very soon!!!
Vegetarian options: The Vegan Egusi with Plantain Fufu was what I got and it was delicious.

I always order on Uber Eats so I never noticed all the bad reviews until I mentioned the place to my partner & got side eyed when she googled it. So, let’s clear this up. I have ordered here SEVERAL times over the past couple of years and the food is ALWAYS delicious. The black eyed peas are a must try. I also love the spinach and jollof rice.

The food at Flavors of Africa is excellent. I ordered the Sheba Stew and sweet fried plantains and Joloff rice. My husband ordered black eyed peas, kale and spinach. The flavors were rich and savory. My husband said his dish had a nice little spicy kick to it. We moved here from Texas, so my husband appreciates the spicy flavors. The owner was friendly and packed our food so that none of the good juices spilled from the boxes. When we arrived home, the food was still nice and warm. She spoke kindly to us and encouraged us to return. We certainly will. The nicely seasoned food as well as the warm and friendly owner made us feel right at home. Very good! Thank you!

Very sweet aunty, she let me dine in when I was pregnant and even gave me free sample of sea moss when I became dizzy. Hello aunty, if you’re reading this I just want to say thank you again and my family will come back soon ?

They reheat pre-cooked food, and it's over-priced. Spent $40 for microwaved food...portion sizes are a rip off. And reading the other bad reviews, as an AFRICAN AMERICAN I am offended that you have a divisive attitude regarding us. But I bet you take our money every single day, be at all these events and festivals that cater to Black Americans, all while hating us. Native Africans hating people who are racially AFRICAN is weird to me. You came to metro Atlanta, one of the blackest areas in America. You depend on our black dollars to keep your business afloat. Ma'am you are seen merely as BLACK in America by everyone who does not look like you. You aren't special. And frankly your responses are "ghetto".Edit: Conveniently you chose to point out only the well-deserved negative reviews I’ve written and totally ignored the many positive ones. It’s okay to have some accountability, you’re unprofessional and you microwave your product ??♀️
