I have no words, this place is the worst, the service given by a short, brunette Hispanic lady starts at 5 AM, you always see a bad face, poor friend, she is always bitter and she always has the music at very high volume, you can't hear it. that eya speaks not even what one speaks and when eya fails she does not accept even if one has proof, that is very bad and they look at some paintings that they have on the wall and do not even do what she says in those paintings. I think that eya is the owner or the manage because that's how you behave in Colombia there is a Restaurant where you can work with that mode you have, it's called EL MUERGANO, look for it on YouTube, it looks good there, you short brunette lady, I was left without eating because of you, I ordered a meal by phone when I was there To pick up my order he told me that I had not ordered anything and he took the order himself and I know you and besides I had the call on my phone that lasted 54 seconds the call was at 6:48 AM I have proof and he denied me Don't be a bad order, lady, treat your customers well. Turn down the volume on that music so they can listen well. I saw you driving a brown RAV4 once in case you also want to deny that it's not you. I saw you on Pleasantdale and I was on 85. on the street, not on the 85, traveling to the train lines on the Quik trip so that you know that I have proof, I won't speak out. I’m not one to give a bad review but today I placed an order of pupusas and yuca with chicharrón and was sent just the pupusas and the yuca but no sides (curtido or sauce) I called and they said they were so busy that they forgot to add it. If we can go back to get it..I live about 30 mins away going back was not a choice… they didn’t want to give me any source of refund on top of being charged so much. Not going there anymore .
