Being rude to customers , not getting my order correctly getting angry not letting me order what I wanted

We loved the food here! They are willing to swap out any meat for tofu- win for me! Ordering online makes the language barrier ready. I also can adjust the heat level on the spicy dishes.

Food is generally alright, classic Chinese take out flavors. Been frequenting here lately to satisfy those cravings. Spicy Garlic Shrimp 5/5 loved it. Pad thai 3/5. Dumplings are 3/5 but gets the job done. I wouldn't recommend the fried shrimp appetizer though cause it's those butterflied shrimps and not the fried shrimps that I had envisioned in my head.

I placed an order for delivery and noticed parasites in my food. I called the restaurant and they demand I drive up to show them.. would not accept a photo or believe me as a customer. As a general manager of my own restaurant, this is horrible customer service. I don’t want to eat anything else in my order because I’m questioning their food safety practices.

I'm very upset ?.... I never thought I would have to wait almost 1hr and 30 min for my food to arrive! I live 5min away this is not acceptable ? and if things couldn't get much worse the driver was very rude ? Never ordering from this place again...

Golden Chinese Wok, you need to do better; if you are reading this review spend your money somewhere else; we ordered through Uber Eats the rating there is 4.6 we should have googled and we never would have ordered from here. So, let me begin crab ragoons were salty, lemon pepper wings were hard, shrimp lomein appeared to have been recooked and only had 3 shrimp, sesame chicken was so hard it was not we broke a piece and there was more breading than chicken, the teriyaki chicken was a complete joke; we spent over $100 that we literally feed to our garbage disposal. The only things that was hot and fresh were the egg rolls. I truly hope this review helps someone.

Ordered delivery and waited over an hour and 20 minutes and it never showed up. When I called to cancel the order the young man that answered the phone didn’t even apologize, told me I need to let the driver know that I was canceling and then said OK and hung up. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.
