Avoid. Ordered a steak biscuit add tomato, like I have done at every Hardees everywhere for years. Was told, we don't have tomatoes until lunch. Empty restaurant, and they wouldn't open the cooler and slice a tomato. Pretty sad really.

Ordered a gravy biscuit platter....and a order of gravy / biscuits with a order of hashrounds ...Biscuits were flat as a pancake....almost read a newspaper through the sausage patty, it was so thin. Got half the amount of gravy than they usually had served before... The amount and quality of the food has really gone down hill....can't blame it on covid anymore...this is just plain and simple the lack of training and the lack of care of the mgmt. for the product being served.I waited almost 20 minutes to get food that was definitely not up to the standard that Hardee's used to provide. Extremely disappointed. Probably won't ever have bfast at this establishment again. ☹️

This store is not always open, but we went today and it was.We order a number 2 and a number 5.Bread in number 2 was very wet. Fries were fresh and hot.Staff was friendly and helpful.

I ate here a few months ago and noticed that the price I was charged was greater than the price on the menu. Manager said they haven't received an update yet.The prices are still the same on the menu and I was still charged more.I had a 15 minute wait and my order was wrong. Since I didn't have time for a re-do I ate it and went on my way. Will do Burger King next time.

Went today to purchase a large order of fries. I did not understand when the employee (the only employee working today - her words, not mine) wanted to pull my car forward (twice). When I finally figured out that she wanted me to move forward, since I was the only customer for the next 30 minutes, I declined to move. Why start up a car? How long does it take to make one order of fries? She informed me that she had a timer. One customer and still no fries. She did take my money and gave me a receipt. Then she decided not to give me the fries I paid for. So I decided to wait until she did. So much for the timer. She decided to refund my money in a cup and place it in my open car window.I decided I wanted the fries. I knocked her gift out of my car onto the pavement. She called the Lilburn Police Department on me. They came and boxed me in the drive thru. I am still the only customer during this entire time. She informed the police I threw the refund at her despite all of the refund outside and not inside her Safe Space. The officer did not enjoy being caught repeating her lie to me when I proved otherwise. The police decided to issue me a criminal trespass warning and informed me that she had the right to do this nonsense to any customer who threatens her timer.Thus, when this Hardees employee asks you to move your car, she is really demanding you move your car. She will not honor the sale of a product until she gets her way. The two Lilburn Police Officers wanted me to listen to her tell me I could never return. Why would I want to? I was the only customer at this Hardees for 30 minutes. From reading the reviews, this policy must be a standard operating procedure. Caveat Emptor here.

The mushroom swiss burger is my absolute favorite. However, the chicken tenders are constantly overcooked. Their Tea is really good though. Everywhere is short staffed right now so go easy on them for the wait times.
My opinion is, the service is great, the place very nice and the food really surprised me, feels more natural than any other restaurant of fast food.Of course I'm coming back and 100% recommended.

I had the loaded omelette biscuit and order of hash browns and everything was piping hot. Food tasted good and the girl at the drive-thru window was friendly. Had to be parked, I'm guessing the hash browns took a minute to make but overall I would say everything was very good

My only dislike is that they are trying to hide how long it takes in drive thru. They automatically tell you to pull forward or park and they'll bring it out even though no one else is in line. They want you out the camera view in the drive thru so they can say it's under 2 minutes. I hope owners, DMs, and Managers isn't falling for this.

I was the only person in line and it took nearly a half hour to get a regular menu meal.. I shouldn't be contemplating leaving with no food after I'd already paid.. I found it weird they told me to pull forward despite no one else in line.. I did feel a bit uncomfortable but Hardee's has their reasons I guess..I won't be coming back..
