This IHOP location is up and down both in service and food. Yesterday was a great surprise. Although the restaurant had very few patrons at 3:30 PM, we figured it cd go either way. Our server, Debbie was outstanding! She took our order like it was an executive directive and the kitchen followed through. When you only eat one major meal a day, as we do, that meal is important, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. This day we hit a winner.

I order two pancake full stacks online for pick up. I got home and open my food and notice that one had 3 pancakes. I called the store and spoke with someone that had no customers service experience he wasn’t helpful and even told me “ you probably order it wrong” I told him no I didn’t because I double check my receipt. He then replied “well I don’t know what to do then I don’t work back there, you need to come in and speak with a manager then I don’t know what to tell you.”This is the second time I did not receive my order right. Very unprofessional

It would be helpful if " notes from restaurant get updated for uber/doordash drivers, call to let then know I was at a curbside spot got put on hold for 5 minutes then I got handoff.

For me to leave a review means that I had pleasant experience. Ms. Andrea exemplified both a quiet and welcoming persona that reminded me of a nice home feel. I actually would leave her 10 stars if they allowed me. I say ask for Andrea and experience it for yourself. IHOP you have a value added employee TAKE CARE OF THIS ONE As great people come far and few. 10 STARS.
