I would normally give it 5 stars but the couple of times I’ve gone lately have been pretty bad the service is horrible there’s new kids in the ok my normal waiter ( Christian) usually is really good very attentive and very patient with my 4 kids when they are trying to order by themselves. Hope this gets better. Because my family loves this place

After taking our order, our server disappeared for around 30-35 minutes until he finally brought our food (it wasn’t crazy busy either). Which I get, he seemed new so I cut him some slack. The thing is, he only brought some of our plates. We were missing a few sides. We basically finished our entrees before anyone acknowledged us (we tried getting the attention of multiple waiters) and I had to ask him for the sides since he apparently forgot about them. He got me my coffee as well after I asked and they didn’t even bother to clean the mug. There was a bright pink lipstick stain on my mug and I easily wiped part of it with my finger, meaning that they didn’t even try to wash it. Honestly pretty gross. Didn’t even want to finish the rest of my meal after that. Please do better.

While the service was a little lackluster, the food was great! Nothing can beat IHOP's pancakes when you're craving them and don't want to make your own, and the other breakfast foods are a nice bonus.

I ordered fish platter, was given a shrimp and fish.....told the server I was allergic to the shrimp. They brought back the plate....all they did was remove the shrimp...they was still part of a tail and juice. Complained again that removing a food and sending back the plate was not right...might be against health codes...not to mention if I swallowed anything with that juice would end me up in the ER! The manager came out and said they were doing a fresh plate it would take about 7 mins. They were kind enough to deduct a dollar....since the fush platter is a dollar cheaper than the fisherman's platter.
