Management must have changed because the service was very good along with the food. All the employees were smiling and taking care of the customers. Big change from years gone by.wow improving every time I go. This was the best visit yet. Great service and wonderful food!!!! This is now my first choice for breakfast.

Really it’s the fact that they don’t answer the phone after you submit a door dash order to try and make sure your food is only cooked in butter. I didn’t see the option in the app to ask for that, so I tried calling and no one wanted to come to the phone
This IHOP is pretty ok. Service is good too. IHop seemed to have dropped off, but this one is picking up the pace. New specials all the time. French Toast is great! Salmon is pretty good as well. This place and WH are the go to places and this location on Lawrenceville Hwy is not a bad go to place. Won't be disappointed. Wait staff is great. AnD the manager!

Well normally I have no issue with the lilburn ihop but today is another day. We were sat immediately ?, we had to get another waiter to find our server (11 minutes we waited)? He asked how we doing n i stated we were be better if we weren't ignored ? he just goes what you want to drink, n are you ready to order. Skip to food, food looked good, tasted good, never got a refill on drinks! Their staff needs to do a better job on cleaning tables. The pepper shaker was nasty! Pictures included. If you get Adan ask for someone else.
