About 5 servers and only 3 customers, yet I waited almost 7 minutes with no service and nearly left. A random server helped, then the host stepped in. Very disorganized, and I ended up not enjoying the food like I wanted to. Won’t be returning to this location.

Waited over 15 minutes and no one came to take our drink order. My sister and I were the only Black customers in the restaurant, and the lack of acknowledgment was kind of hard to ignore. Definitely left us with questions.

I visited IHOP on a Sunday, and as expected, the place was packed--I've heard they stay busy every weekend until around 1 PM. Even with the crowd, they seated everyone surprisingly quickly, which was impressive.
Our server was quick, kind, and very attentive. While I was taking pictures, the manager came over to check that everything was okay and even stopped by again later to make sure we were enjoying our visit.
As for the food, it was average. I ordered a build-your-own veggie omelette, and it was my first time seeing all the vegetables placed on top of the omelette with cheese sprinkled over them instead of mixed inside. Not bad--just different. The prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of menu options to choose from.
The atmosphere was lively with lots of families dining together. Overall, it was a fine experience with great service, quick seating despite the crowd, and a family-friendly vibe.

After reading a few of these reviews , I am glad we made the right decision to LEAVE. Last night I decided to take a date to this location. We sat there for about 20 minutes before deciding to leave due to the lack of service. No one came over to take our order or to even ask if we’d like something to drink. The restaurant was completely empty and we were seated by the computer near the kitchen with no acknowledgment, they passed our table several times. A full staff with terrible to zero amount of service .

A 24 hour ihop that's open 24 hours - yes!!! And the food, service, and vibes were great. Nicole was my server and she was sooo nice and attentive! Very nice location overall and they decorated very cute for Halloween :)
