That the worst ihop I ever been the service is horrible they take forever to take you order after 15 minutes waiting on someone one they show up then waiting again finally we decide to leave and we got charged $ 15.00 dollars for three orange juice they are about take your money don’t recommend this restaurant at

Food is ok. Service is awful. After my food was brought out from the food runner my server was nowhere found all she did was take our order and disappear the rest of the time. I was missing some other food items but I couldn’t even let her know since I didn’t see her anymore. I would understand if this was packed but there was only 2 other tables here aside from me. I’m a server myself and all i can say is this is ridiculous..

The coffee is weak ... and the smaller carafes mean they can afford to add more grounds and spend a little more per cup. No warm syrup...and where are all the flavors?!
