The one guy that’s tall he very rude gave me old pizza and old chicken waist of money then when you call he just answers as if is his personal phone and then he asked me what you want me to do this is not the 1st time

I manage the concession for a PHS team and order twice weekly. Using the online order system, our order is always on time and accurate. The pizza portal makes it so easy for me to send volunteers to pick up the prepaid order.

I love Little Caesars for the value. This location is particular has a Manager that knows me by name. That is awesome. He is the best part of this restaurant. The pizza is good for the price point.

Placement of scan and go items needs improvement, couldn’t get my order out efficiently. Wings fell on the floor because they were placed on two boxes of pizzas and didnt fit through the opening. Employee saw they fell and didnt offer to replace them.

Let's be real, we all know what we're getting from Little Caesars and why we come here. That said, the guys here (Chandler is the main guy I've dealt with over the past year) are killing it. The number of orders they take on is insane. Makes it even crazier when they get my complicated order correct (which 75% of the time doesn't happen at other pizza places). Kudos to the team they have working here.

I watched the guy in the back blow his nose then precided to make pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Very disgusting!! After viewing this I had to ask for a refund!!

It's just that it was getting to the end of the night and they talked me into purchasing one of them ready made pizza at a small discount but most of the outside and crust was very hard for me to eat but myown fault for not checking before I left the store, I did end up eating couple slices and even offered some to some guy walking by witch he seemed to appreciate it so I at least made someone else happy for a bit to eat

The young man that worked there was kind and polite. But, I'm concerned about a policy that he shared. When I ordered and paid online, I was given a pickup time estimate. I arrived a few minutes after the stated time and went to the counter because I never received a code for the pickup portal. The young man stated that the owner requested that employees put the pizza in the oven once the customer arrives. They have had people order by phone/ website and never pick up. If you get the payment prior to the customer's arrival, shouldn't the customer's order be hot and ready when they get there?
