I called in my order which is Kitfo meat and enjera . It took me about an hour to get there. It was prepared and the Gentlemen who helped us was very nice and respectful, the place is small but very tidy. price was reasonable he actually offer us a drink of water. customer service very well done! I will be going back there and will tell people. I live in Alpharetta and I don’t like to drive in a city this is my new finding Love it.

Got it a few months ago with a friend. Wanted to try Ethiopian food and it didn't disappoint! Surprisingly the veggie platter was some of the best I've had in a long time. Tasted as good if not better than the Tibs.

A great deal for a great meal! It's a crime that this great little cafe has had a 1-star rating for the last 4 years, it's really a shame how this platform can negatively impact small businesses because of a few people with nothing better to do than complain- the first review guideline is "relevance" with a mention to ignoring "extraordinary circumstances" and very often it seems people love to jump on a single circumstance and torpedo a businesses review because of that. I just got back from the northern Virginia area and had eaten at a few Ethiopian restaurants over the last 2 weeks and when I got back home I was curious to see what could be found in Lilburn and as luck would have it, Emamas is just around the corner from my house- walking distance on a nice day! It is a small food mart- please be considerate and wear a mask upon entering; and as far as I can tell orders are to-go only, with no place to sit down. But I happily placed my order and picked it up in under a half hour and am very pleased by the quality and the value of the meal- an Awaze Tibs and a veggie combo were both very reasonably priced and generously portioned. I will definitely be returning as often as I can and I hope other people won't be scared away by the lack of reviews here. Next time I'll add photos because my meal is already half demolished!
