The food was really good. The wait wasn't bad at all. A delivery guy held the door open for me when I came in. My overall experience being in the store was terrible though. The girl with the glasses was very short and rude with me. She also took my card information instead of waiting to use a working card reader, so I'll be watching my account. I went back to complain because I felt that was uncalled for. I'm here to get my pizza same as anyone else. I felt unwelcomed.

Ordered direct over phone. Asked for extra pizza sauce cup (free when ordering online but costs $1 over phone), when I wondered why, was given excuses but he said he would give free though I did say I would pay for it. Received pizza, did NOT get extra sauce as ordered and pizza was extremely greasy and pepperoni was overcooked, dry and crunchy. Usually get white cheesy so wasn't expecting so much grease. Called store and the manager argued and said it's from pepperoni, but it's the bottom of pizza. Offered to send me another but complained she would have to pay driver again. She says owner will deliver it and I can show him.He arrives, I CONFIRM HE IS OWNER HE SAYS YES, I show problem, he says the grease is from garlic sauce (I didn't order), then says it's the extra cheese (I didn't order), then gave more excuses. Then HE COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS TIP!! Says I only gave him some change when I gave him extra dollars. Then says he's NOT THE OWNER only a supervisor. Then said there is no owner for this franchise. ?This store just LIES & does not appreciate its customers. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. He came to my home, argued with me and complained about his tip and says no refunds. If you do order here, do it thru delivery apps, at least they give refunds. Even spoke with another location and that GM even said they hear this location is the WORST! BUYER BEWARE!!

Recently ordered delivery from this location for the first time without any issues. Got our usual Pepperoni Magnifico and some Caesar salads as well for a late lunch. Marco's is still probably our favorite chain pizza place to order from in the area. Consistently good service, food, and portions for a good value each time.

This is the 2nd time my order has had a ridiculous amount of sauce on it! To the point where it's not edible. We always say double sauce because on previous orders they were always stingy with the sauce & the pizza is dry - like eating cheese & bread. I think they are trying to be funny, at this point. All I wanted was extra sauce so the pizza is not dry. I will not waste my money here again! We used to order once a week.

I used to shop at this place and it was decent. Now the front entrance employees are terrible. They giving a worse treatment and doing you a favor selling you their pizza. Not shopping here again. Will take my business somewhere else.
