Marco's Pizza

This location of Marcos is always Xtra clean, fast and great service. Only comment is not too much better. Your brushes are too generous. Thank you but it would allow us to enjoy the cheesy sticks vs. The dripping butter.
Else 10/10on everything for sure.

Parking: Drive up conveniently clean well lit parking easily accessible and visible from inside of marcos.

Kid-friendliness: Very kids friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the parking curb is but as for the restaurant has double doors I believe you can get it requested to open.

We've been ordering from this Marcos (4045 Five Forks Trickum Rd) since 2017. It was excellent until about 2023 when we noticed the pizzas were being delivered undercooked and with toppings tossed in clumps rather than spread out. We took it in stride for awhile and put the pizza in our own oven to finish it. Recently, the pizzas have been arriving so undercooked that they're wet and the crust is mushy. I called the manager about it and he snottily said it was impossible to be undercooked since it went through the conveyor in six and a half minutes. He made no attempt at dialog or correction so we're done with Marcos. It's too bad since the delivery guys are first rate and always pleasant.

Asked for cheese and got this. That's not even the end of it though. I called to tell them about this mishap and they were rude to me like if I was lying. They did not want to make it right and just treated me like a liar. Did not offer refund or just the pizza. I just wanted a pizza I could eat, this had bacon which I can't eat due to religious reasons but that was no concern of theirs. Do not visit this location or any marcos l. Just go to dominos honestly.

The Ultimate Magnifico is ADDICTIVE! We've ordered 3 in as many weeks. It is spicy, but not overly so. I can't wait to get my next one!
