We've been ordering from this Marcos (4045 Five Forks Trickum Rd) since 2017. It was excellent until about 2023 when we noticed the pizzas were being delivered undercooked and with toppings tossed in clumps rather than spread out. We took it in stride for awhile and put the pizza in our own oven to finish it. Recently, the pizzas have been arriving so undercooked that they're wet and the crust is mushy. I called the manager about it and he snottily said it was impossible to be undercooked since it went through the conveyor in six and a half minutes. He made no attempt at dialog or correction so we're done with Marcos. It's too bad since the delivery guys are first rate and always pleasant.

Take-out pizza ? was yummy. The girl working the counter was very nice and patient.
Asked for cheese and got this. That's not even the end of it though. I called to tell them about this mishap and they were rude to me like if I was lying. They did not want to make it right and just treated me like a liar. Did not offer refund or just the pizza. I just wanted a pizza I could eat, this had bacon which I can't eat due to religious reasons but that was no concern of theirs. Do not visit this location or any marcos l. Just go to dominos honestly.

My husband had a very rude employee encounter. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience at this location.

The manager on duty was very rude. I had to be in twice and each time he was rude and dismissive. He got smart with me when he tried to give me the wrong order and then started mocking me because I said my wife had placed the order on line and I wasn't sure what she ordered but I knew it was a pizza. I had the confirmation email so all he had to do was look on his computer but he chose to get smart with me. II told him this was our last trip here and he said "fine" then went to the back to mock me to his employees which I could plainly hear. There was a loud verbal exchange between this manager and an employee and multiple "f bombs" were thrown by both. Very poor service but good pizza.....

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with onions and this is what they brought me. There is barely any cheese at all. So I basically got pizza dough and tomato sauce. We used to order from this location a lot, but over the last few months, service and food quality is terrible. We will not be ordering from this location anymore.

By far THE worst customer service ever! Rep was rude, then spoke to "Dj" who claims to be regional manager, doubt that. He spoke over me for the most part of the conversation. Didn't allow me to explain and then went on saying that "I wasn't explaining myself" he hung up on me twice. My complaint was that I had a promise time of 4:14, it is not 5:14 and no pizza yet delivered. Why show up at work and provide crappy service, if that's the type of customer service you want to offer, do us all a favor and don't show up. BAD name for marcos, for my next order I rather much drive to a further location than deal with this unprofessionalism.
