they have a big playground and for them to only have one high chair when they know multiple children come into the establishment is disappointing apart from the fact they made me wait 40 minutes for my food. i dont recommend coming here with your family their service is very poor.

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered a simple hot chocolate and at the window I wasn’t greeted , she didn’t say hello, didn’t even look at me and just handed me my drink so rudely. When I returned due to my hot chocolate being watered down, the MANAGER and the rude ass lady at the window were discussing why I didn’t like it in front of me , I wasn’t rude once, even when i left the first time I said thanks have a good night and like I said she didn’t look at me just shut the window as soon as she handed me the drink, same thing after I got my money returned . No sorry not anything, just the manager rudely saying it isn’t their fault we got a watered down hot chocolate, the customer service is crazy. How do people become managers or even hired .

I dont know who needs to hear from management but we are in Lilburn Ga. The United states. I am sick and tired of them hiring hispanic employees that do not speak english. Thats why all the orders are incorrect. Im latino myself and cant stand the discrimination. Yet a block away we have chik fil a with a diverse staff.
