Let's just say I was not greeted after I had to come in from the drive-thru. I was not given any sauce for my meal. They still did not give me any sauce. I had to walk behind the counter and get my sauce.

I literally come here everyday to get coffee and hot chocolate because I work at Mavis and I paid for a large coffee and a small coffee and a hot chocolate like I do all the time from this location and I added three cream three sugar one shot of espresso to both coffees I paid for this and both coffees have nothing that I paid for it to go in the coffees this is unacceptional and the staff is horrible when customers are standing at the front register they ignore them and constantly just talk to each other and move around like they're doing something it is sad to see an environment like this because they are not even making sure the customers have what they need they're sending out cold food I saw a customer complaining about a cold hash brown and then the lady grabbed her with her bare hand and gave her another one with her bare hand which is unsanitary and the food department

came by on Saturday July 20th 2025 around 11:30 pm. both the cashier and the person that brought out my food were very rude and ruined my experience. The way I was treated I don't want to come back to this location ever, even though it is right next to my house
