Very rude customer service. Tried to order takeout for cinco de Mayo and asked a question and the waitress said to read the menu she’s busy. Just because it’s busy doesn’t mean you can’t give customer svc. I left. I honestly prefer the Mexican food a few restaurants down bc the food is better. When I went outside there were a few ppl who asked how it was and I told them and they didn’t eat. Ha! A few hundred dollars lost because of one rude older lady.

We love the Chilaquillas with a fried egg on top. The coke is also really good. The chairs and booth dividers are hand carved and painted. We’ve been regular customers for two year
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome
Parking: On premises- 40 spots
Incredibly friendly people. The food is second to none - definitely my go to spot. You will not regret a visit here. They also have REALLY cool handmade custom chairs and tables.

The atmosphere is excellent and the wait staff were very attentive. The food was quite good - not the absolute best but much better than most chains and many other Mexican restaurants. My particular meal, Pollo Compechano, was quite good including the rice and vegetables which at aome places are just ok. I had a taste of some other dishes as well and all were quite tasty.

Horchata was delicious ! Chicken and spinach quesadilla was great. Tacos were good. Avocado burrito was good. Service could have been better.
Very cool atmosphere and art work. Unfortunately the food was very average from the stale chips and boring salsa to the ho-hum burrito. Not bad but nowhere near good enough to make me come back.Barely ranks a 3.
para empezar cambiar de mesera pésima la vieja que atiende y cobra de más i todavía enojada la verdad no lo recomiendo
Worst experience today I went by after my nephew baptism to celebrate. The server gave us the worst customer service we even had to leave before even getting our food. The server was so rude!! Don’t ever try to educate anyones kids if you have kids this not the place to to eat!Don’t recommend this place at all!!!!
I got a pickup order from Mi’s after Agavero had disappointed me yet AGAIN. Let me tell you… even with a pickup lunch order, I can tell this food has soul. Seems odd to say about anything order than green and cornbread, but these folks are cooking with their heart. If you are looking for a new go-to Mexican restaurant, give them a try. If your meal is anything like mine, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Very comforting place to eat with the family. The decor inside is beautiful. Food is authentic and delicious. I was very pleased with the food being the first time trying it. Great service!

I loved this place! Went with my boyfriend yesterday because we wanted a new place to try and I was so impressed. The decor and vibe were not at all what I was expecting. I appreciated the thought and effort they put into everything. The food was amazing, service was nice and timely. I was happy with the lunch prices too. All in all, amazing experience. My boyfriend asked if he could have a particular menu item without a certain ingredient and they weren’t able to accommodate that. But aside from that, awesome.
Their chicken nachos, horchata, and flan were delicious. Service was pleasant. And the inside was beautiful. They have a bar too, but I didn't see a bartender.
I ordered the fried tilapia and was disappointed with what I was served. The tilapia was extremely dry and overcooked. When I brought it to the waitress' attention, I was told that's how it's supposed to be, and anything less would be raw. I asked the waitress if I could be served another tilapia that wasn't so fried and was told no. That's how they cook it so I could eat what I was given or just not eat it. So I chose to not eat it.For a restaurant that rarely has any customers, the waitress provides terrible service and presents an attitude that implies the customer is inconveniencing her by being there. I'm giving this restaurant two stars because my first visit a few months ago during lunch was decent. I won't return and recommend that if you do decide to give the place a try, avoid the fried tilapia and stick to the tacos. At least they did right by those. Oh and bring a mask if you decide to order fajitas. Our entire table was literally choking from all the smoke. And of course, the waitress cared less about that and just walked off as though once again we were the problem.
This place is so authentic! Lots of families eat here which is nice to see! Not crowded & cozy. The exterior doesn’t do the interior justice. The authentic Mexican artwork, hand carved chairs and benches, and the unique bar make this place super charming. You can tell it’s family owned and that this is their passion. The food and menu is also incredible. I haven’t tried anything that I don’t love and I am not always easy to please with Mexican food being the Texas girl that I am. Updated Menu pricing - see pictures. Writing this review to bolster its popularity- This place deserves to be in business! Pictured Food: Chips and queso, vegetarian #2 meal, shrimp taco, coconut shrimp meal.Ps. THE VERGETARIAN MENU IS POPPIN
Prices were great. Service was great. Food could be better, nothing spectacular. Try it out and see for yourself!
