This is a no frills spot. The food is ok. Not great but not bad. If you are expecting portions like Chipotle do not come. They do give you plenty rice or beans & veggies they skimp on the meat. Other than that everyone is kind & pleasant at this location. Just don't expect any extra servings or hefty scoops lol 😆 😂 if you are on a diet this place is perfect for portion control.

Worst Moe’s ever experienced. Condiment area next to bathroom has bad smell of septic. Nothing stocked well. Come machine out of all diet flavors and most of others. When I informed the workers they never reloaded it offered alternatives.

Last time I came here was two years ago, gave them 2 stars. I thought I would come back but I played myself. This is what I imagine prison food would taste like. Food was tasteless no flavor, rice was mushy, beans were clumped up. Burrito was rolled horribly and fell apart not even halfway through eating it. Woman at the register was so rude, it was hilarious. She was on Instagram while ringing up my order, didn’t read me my total, or ask if I wanted a cookie or drink, just immediately said “Go ahead”. Demolish this business 2 years and only got worse
Update : Went again and the young staff were really nice and the food was pretty good. Previous rating 1 stars, new rating is 4 stars. Very friendly staff let me try the new flavor of chicken. They are putting this business on their back.

It would be quicker to list what ISN'T wrong with this place. The staff is rude and ignored everything I asked/said. They were out of EVERYTHING other than rice, chips, chicken, beans, and tortillas. Even out of salsa and queso. She couldn't or wouldn't help me use my rewards and just kept saying it didn't work. I tried entering my number, scanning, and giving her my number. Then, the food was all cold and stale. Literally this was the worst experience.
