I will not be returning to this specific location and they will not answer the phone so that you can address the issue with a manager so again I will not be returning to this location.

Last time I came here was two years ago, gave them 2 stars. I thought I would come back but I played myself. This is what I imagine prison food would taste like. Food was tasteless no flavor, rice was mushy, beans were clumped up. Burrito was rolled horribly and fell apart not even halfway through eating it. Woman at the register was so rude, it was hilarious. She was on Instagram while ringing up my order, didn’t read me my total, or ask if I wanted a cookie or drink, just immediately said “Go ahead”. Demolish this business 2 years and only got worse

Came to get a burrito and the girl with a bun and glasses was sitting on her phone, looked up smacked her lips and rolled her eyes. I stood in front of the counter and I said wrap instead of burrito so I guess she felt the need to correct me (with an attitude, rolled her eyes again) If you don't want to work, go home!!!! Plenty of people need a job out here... lastly, instead of sitting on her behind she should’ve been cleaning because it smelled like wet donkey ass in there and the food looked like it sat up from last weekend😔😭

I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience.
Firstly, the portion sizes were quite small for the price.
Secondly, I requested a side of rice and beans, and was surprised when I was charged for an entire kids' meal.($6.99) for a cup of rice and beans. I had to explain to the cashier that , I did not want a kids meal, I was simply trying to order a side or rice and beans with my quesadilla. I was also charged for a stack when I ordered a rice bowl.
Furthermore, I felt that the staff seemed somewhat inattentive to my needs while I was ordering. They appeared more focused on another family dining in the restaurant.
Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I hope the owner and corporate are checking these reviews regularly, because this is ridiculous. An entire page of 1 star reviews???!!!. I come here weekly for Moe’s Monday and the workers here are very rude and lazy.. The manager talking on the phone while taking orders, workers are argumentative, have really bad energy, and seem to hate their jobs . Napkin holders are ALWAYSSS dirty 😷. Floors are nasty. No “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting… May be the worst location in its region.

This is very disappointing because i have been going to this Moes in particular since i was 9 years old I am 27 now..and it has gone DOWNHILL DRASTICALLY. IM SICK OF PEOPLE CHANGING THE RECIPE..THEY CHARGE YOU an arm and a leg and dont put the adequate amount of food in your taco..the last TWO TIMES IVE BEEN THERE..there was Hair in my bad of chips and in my queso.TWICE IN A ROW IS UNACCEPTABLE..THEY ARE RUDE TOO .AND THEY USE CHIPS FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY ..NOT FRESH.Moes needs to get it together and go back to the way it used to be food is DISGUSTING and service is EVEN WORSE

This place is awful. The worst customer service for catering I ever experienced. They could not deliver the food to my business because of B.S excuse, " he called out sick" . Mind you this order was placed a week in advance. You couldn't find other person from you staff to deliver? Or hire a vender to deliver for your clients?!? The manager Sam needs to do better. I won't ever come back to this place for any event. When I got there to pick up the food the place was extremely dirty and looked abandoned. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this establishment.

If I can give no stars it would been great! Let me start off by saying this is my first time coming to THIS location and I will NEVER return to this location. I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was exceptionally rude/so much attitude ; the team member tried to overcharge me and, when I pointed out the mistake, she slammed a paper down and insisted I was wrong. When I refused to pay the incorrect amount, they started speaking in their language, clearly discussing me in a derogatory manner. To top it off, the food looked stale and unappetizing. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY the worst Moe's I've ever been. The women were lazy & rude. The food was terrible & it smelled like mildew because there's ceiling leaks all over. I informed the lazy woman behind the register the fountain drink machine wasn't working (mind u there was water leaking from it that they just let run on the floor for someone to fall) & she told me just a moment because she was helping someone. She never got back to me just sat down at a table & got on her phone. When I asked her was it fixed she got upset that I interrupted her texting & said Ma'am the machine is working!! She knows it wasn't when I told her. When I said something she started speaking in Spanish to an old lady who worked there & they assumed I didn't understand them & I sat & listened to them saying rude racial things about me & another Black Woman who she had just helped that was nothing but polite to her. I WILL NEVER COME IN THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. MOES SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE A STORE THAT NASTY & EMPLOYEES JUST AS NASTY SMH
