Waiting on my curbside order ( a large coke) for 30 minutes now!! The drive thru is not busy at all so they can't say they are busy. They came out with the wrong order

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.

Waited 20 minutes in a parking spot for a mobile order with curbside pickup. It was for a salad and a tea, not some massive order. The app said a team member was on the way with my order. Stayed like for 10 minutes, so I called. I couldn’t go inside as my baby was sleeping in the car. Was told over the phone there’s still orders ahead of mine even though the app said ready. The employee told me just to wait. So I waited another 10 minutes and at this point had to leave to go pick up my daughter from school. I had no choice but to wake the baby up, go inside, and my order was sitting right on the counter, with multiple other orders and no one knew what was going on. So poorly run. I only came to this Chick-fil-A because the Stone Mountain one is closed for construction. Won’t be returning to the Lilburn location.
