Normally have good service on Fridays but yesterday (Sunday) service was off. Pizza is missing pepperoni. Also the toppings and cheese are not even at all. Just not up to the usual higher standards.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location, usually ordering at least twice a week. Unfortunately, my recent experience was quite disappointing. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and, after returning to the store to exchange it, I was told it would take about 25-30 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes in my car and then checked back in, only to be told they were too busy. Eventually, I placed another order, which was ready in just five minutes, but the original exchange was never fulfilled. I was not even informed about it. This is not the level of service I expect from such a well-known brand. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

I walked here on 10/22/25 to order my son some pizza I just left teacher parent conference this was a gift to my son for good behavior only to be half way greeted by the employees. On top of that nobody wanted to take my order the store manager RENEE told me to use my phone to order …. Keep in mind my phone is on 1% obviously if I wanted to order from my phone I WOULD NOT have drove up to the store physically . On top of lack of customer service she called me a stupid person under her breath which she didn’t think I heard her say but I did . Word of advice for people like RENEE if you don’t like people you should not be working customer service it’s not my fault Renee that your OLD, working at papa John’s, and got an attitude, you need to pick a struggle instead spreading your negative energy through Lilburn ! Food should be made with love not hate . They need to take RENEE up out of the kitchen.

DO NOT ……AND I REPEAT!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION !!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . MESSED UP MY ORDER AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO BE RUDE WHEN I CALLED BACK TO RECTIFY! I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE TO GET A REFUND OVER WRONG TOPPINGS AND A MISSING PIZZA ORDERED THROUGH DELIVERY !!!! I HOPE THIS STORE IS CLOSED SINCE THE YOUNG LADY OVER THE PHONE THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY . STOP HIRING KIDS !!!!!! HIRE SOMEONE WHO REALLY NEEDS THE JOB!!! WHO WILL TREAT PEOPLE WITH AT LEAST DECENCY!!!! RESPECT IS EARNED BUT IT COST NOTHING OUT HER PAYCHECK TO HEAR ME OUT. The cut on the pizza was horrible.
It was NOT completely cut had to use my own knife/scissors to get a slice.
Btw....when placing an order over the phone, its overdoing on suggestions an add on for additional price.

Oh your staff is is utterly antagonistic. Possibly trying to get this location closed or something. The tracker was stuck at the delivery with no information for some time so I called in to check in case they just missed a click. I was immediately put on hold.... 5min passed, nothing. Call again, immediately placed on hold again.... 3min pass. I call again and right as she answered I said "please don't put me on hold I just have a quick question-" but before I could finish, she already put me on hold. Repeat the last one 3 times more and then I just hang up and called back until she actually answered the phone. It was over 10 times at that point. Claimed she was helping a customer in store. Either she is utterly incompetent (she was not young) or blatantly sabotaging your business, which is what it seemed like. People like her will rot the company from the inside out. Is this store closing soon or something? Utterly unprofessional, purposely poorly communicated, and toxically flippant.

My school was to receive 8 pizzas ordered this am for a class. The manager gave our order to door dash without getting his contact info but only knew his name was Ruben. Our babies were deeply disappointed for their holiday celebration. Shame on you papa John’s! Better hope our kids don’t also leave you reviews. Took the money just to dash with it!
