I really tried with this location1st instance - pizza was basically a flat cracker (GF crust), with a barely a smear of sauce and a few pineapple pieces thrown on top. Was a joke2nd instance: ordered through door dash, waited 2 hours, had two different drivers cancel on my order, until finally a few minutes before closing I canceled my order3rd instance: pizza took 15 minutes longer than the estimated window and it was burnt, one of the worst pizzas Ive had and a waste of 22$ (pictured below)

Well, it looks like this time they improved. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and they said it was going to be here between 40 and 51 minutes and it took 42. It also taste really good.

This location is understaffed, I feel so bad for the workers that are here. They are always flooded with so many orders. They need to do a better job at scheduling people!!! no one is attending the front or answering the phone. Slow service :(

I didn't go inside but a family member ordered online. The pick up was a bit delayed, mostly from having both drive thru orders and pick up orders. The pizzas were hit and tasted good.Parking: There's a drive thru area on the side of the building for drive thru orders.

I have always had a positive experience from this Papa John’s, but not tonight. It wasn’t just the Door Dash delivery person not ringing the door bell so I could receive a warm and bug free pizza. It was no garlic sauce and a scrawny cheesestix. I’m giving the manager a better rating because when she couldn’t refund my entire amount, at least she offered me a free pizza.
