These people are extremely incompetent first they forget my 2 liter then when I actually look at the food it's all wrong and when I called them and they said all they can do is a 5 dollar store credit horrible place with the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life

I discovered a long strand of hair on the pizza. When I returned the pizza and brought it to the attention of the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager insinuated that the hair wasnât from their kitchen but âfuzzâ from my motherâs jacket. For the record, my motherâs jacket is nylonâhardly the type to shed fuzz resembling hair.
The managerâs attitude was unnecessarily combative, and she seemed reluctant to rectify the situation by remaking the entire order. We were blamed for their mistake, which is unacceptable. After some back-and-forth, the pizza was eventually remade, but by then, the damage was done.
A situation like this should have been handled with an apology and immediate resolution, not defensive accusations. Sadly, this experience soured what could have been a pleasant meal. I wonât be returning anytime soon.

This pizzahut is a hit or miss when there is a different cashier working there. Food is always right and service is great when a guy cashier works there. But it's a total miss when the lady cashier works there. Food has noticeable less ingredients and sometimes it smelled rotten. I have order pizza in this location at least once a week so I can tell when the food is not made right. And the lady cashier is always giving a vibe that she does not want to work there. It's only a pizza, it's not hard to make it right.

Pizza hut is really good in my opinion because Pizza Hut is way better than Marco's a little bit plus on my pizza ?? I do like Pepperoni, Bacon ??,ham, black olives , mushrooms ?? and peppers ?ïž?ïž like always and the boneless chicken ?? wings are good the buffalo ?? mild and BBQ boneless chicken wings are so good.
