First I like to say I was a loyal customer to this location for the last 4 years. Well yesterday will definitely be my last time ever ordering from this location. I ordered some pizza and wings at 7pm. With a delivery for 7:55 to 8:05pm. Well their first mistake was at 7:55pm when they called to tell me they were out of crust. When my order should have been on the way. I said cool no problem. Well then the app showed my pizza was on the was for 15 minutes when the store is less than 10 minutes to get to my house. I made two calls to the store to one get hung up on by a guy. Then the second call a lady answered and said it was on the way. By then the app said it was delivered at 8:27pm. For me to then get in my car to call and demand my pizza or my money as I was driving there. As I pulled into the parking lot two employees decided it’s best to walk in the back of the store so they wouldn’t have to talk with me. Which was ok because they will never get another red cent of my money at this location ever again. Bad part is I give a great tip to have to pick up my order instead of a delivery. If they wanted to keep my food and money this definitely is not the right way to do it. So thank you for the good order but you lost a loyal customer for sure. Stay safe and bless to all the store staff. Because you never know what a person is going through in times!!!!

This place was a joke. We were visiting the area with our grand kids. My wife has the app so we pre ordered. When we got to the actual restaurant, it was two kids running the front desk and they didn't even speak to us when we entered the establishment until they finished their conversations, which was approximately 90 seconds. The pizzas were all burned when we got them back to our hotel and were not even cut! We spent $65. I do not recommend this establishment!

I ordered a $2 pizza deal on Tuesday and when I called they said they had it, by the time I arrived I watched the last 4 boxes walk out the door to be later informed they had no more. They apologized but the fact they tried to do nuthin to help me made me realize what type of coaching is going on in such an establishment. I was so disappointed, been eating Pizza Hut since a kid and wow... I was used to real pizzeria hospitality growing up and this made me realize how much things actually do change. It's cool, I've ate here before and had no issues but this I drove 20 mins to come back unsatisfied with a different meal than I had in mind leaving the house. Couldn't believe they didn't try to make my experience a little better seeing I stayed so humble and polite about my disappointment.

I recently started back going to this location and I must say I'm glad I did. The service provided by Anthony, one of the managers was very professional, courteous, patient, and attentive. The pizza was hot, fresh, and proportionate with the toppings. I recommend this location for anyone looking for good food and great service.

I ordered my pizza online with the expectation it'll be ready by the time I got there. I arrived 3 minutes after the ready time and still had to wait another 17 minutes. Defeats the whole purpose of the app if I still have to wait the same amount of time it takes to cook a pizza
