I called to place my delivery order, and the gentleman that answered the phone said that he could not take my order. He asked that I order online. I had difficulty finding certain items such as a 2 liter pepsi . What should have been a 2 minute phone call ended up being 20 minutes online trying to figure out the site. My order was supposed to be 2 pizzas and a 2 liter pepsi. Instead, what was brought was 8 bottles of soda and 1 pizza. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Oof terrible service. The big short haired woman that’s there was so rude. She checked out everyone and acted as if I wasn’t there. When I asked her to check for my order before checking out someone else who was behind me, she had an attitude and had the nerve to tell me I can cancel my order. She still proceeded to check out the lady behind me anyways.This store is so disorganized and unprofessional. You have a clueless white guy in there. Not sure if he’s the manager but he’s no help. Zero stars for this location

Poor service… I ordered a pizza to pick up 1 hour late it. When I picked up, they did not make it yet! I was have to wait 1 more hour to be ready…. Horrible never again!! Plus the pizza was made with different bread but it was hard and dry

The lady who call her self a manager short light skin with a hat on her head is very unprofessional I had hair in my food I took my pizza back up there she gonna say well you ate most of the pizza I said mama I ate 2 in the car and I was eating when I got home still if I saw hair I would of never ate it I had 2 slices left when I took it back being it was on the pizza my husband picked over the other pizza he ate 2 slices and ate just the top of 1 slice mind you we had bread sticks and only 3 of them got ate cinnamon sticks was not touch mind you I was eating the food until I saw hair I call no answer I go up there she said come back today I go she still there the pizza wasn’t even hot but the hair in my pizza did it for me this not my 1st experience so I tried them again and never again will I be going back last time it took over a hr for my pizza to be ready so I got a refund and this time she would give me one she throw the pizza on the floor I was trying to be nice while costumer's was in there but she was very rude I want my refund all you have to do is play the cameras I know the time I went and you will see the food my last 2 pieces really and is not my hair I have braids in my head

Maybe it is me, but in my opinion the quality and taste of Pizza Hut pizza has declined dramatically over the years. The hand tossed crust was very thin and had NO taste to it. The pizza was lukewarm and had to be reheated when I got home ( I am 10 min away from location).

I came to pick up my order. No one was at the front desk, and some dude was at the back, looked at me, and walked away. This place is terrible. What kind of place are they running. I waited over 30 minutes for a personal pan pizza I paid for online.
The email confirmation said 20 minutes and the website said 14 minutes. They are getting better because last time I ordered here it took over 46 minutes, yet the quoted time was 25 minutes.

Pizza Hut Lilburn - the pizza is ALWAYS dry. They NEVER put enough marinara sauce on it. It’s basically cheese and dough. Like WHATS so hard about adding a proper amount of marinara sauce so that it’s not dry once cooked!!!
