Came for a pickup order. Waited 15 minutes for the man just to acknowledge my presence. And then they didn’t even provide any of the requested sauces. Food was OK, but you could not pay me to come back.

Place is ok , I come occasionally, some good some bad visits not so consistent , but small and cute place and they had some renovations done recently 2025, however, team members don’t really care about their job just here to make a buck which makes my experience boaring and un-memorable but good enough for occasional

⭐️⭐️⭐️ It Was Okay

Our visit to Popeyes Kitchen was just alright. The tables weren’t clean, so we ended up eating in the car instead. There was about a 20-minute wait for our food, but that seems to be the trend these days, so it is what it is. The food itself was fine, but the overall experience could’ve been better.

we placed an order an hour ago and they said they couldn't find it?! this is horrible service. i tried getting in touch with someone but they phone was cut??? so i got in contact with the assistant on the app which was no use. they said they would get back to us in 24-48 hours. this is just disgraceful. horrible service. horrible everything.

Food was good as always. The service seemed absent. No consistency except the drive thru kept moving. I put in my order and stood there for 30 minutes. When I worked in the industry years ago. My manager always told me to ring up three customers at a time, then fill their orders. I mean 5 pieces of chicken and six biscuits???? That order doesn't even take that long. No hot sauce and the spicy chicken wasn't spicy, it was regular like the guy was stuck on stupid. Wow! Customer service sure flopped at 78!!!
