Always bad service no matter time of day. Management and employees degrade paying customers. Heard some employee say get in line to door dash employee and said if you don't like it leave in front of a packed lobby full of customers. Employees are worried about cellphone calls and texts rather than customers. Always leaving something out on last 3 orders. Worst popeye's service in town.

Ordered online through the app with the expectation of a 20-minute wait, but ended up waiting for 45 minutes upon arrival, marking the fourth instance of delayed service despite ordering in advance. The register attendant, who also prepared the food, failed to change gloves and handled dropped order receipts from the floor before continuing food preparation, demonstrating poor hygiene practices.Slow service, lines are consistently long (lobby and drive-thru), and customer service is always lacking in care and efficiency.Several items listed on my order as available on the app were NOW “out of stock” upon pickup, forcing me to settle for substitutes, some of which were old and unappetizing when I finally got home.Improvement is imperative, but the likelihood of change seems slim due to the apparent indifference towards quality service with this demographic.

I placed my order online, but when I arrived, I still had to wait just to say I was picking up a mobile order. I was told the ghost pepper wings were not ready. They didn't know how long it would be because the cook was filtering the grease. I wasted ten minutes just to hear what I ordered was not ready. I asked what could I get as a replacement. I was told I could get what was prepared if I didn't want to wait. I told her classic legs or wings. I got about four blocks down the road and took a bite of the leg, and it was spicy. It is a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER go to this Popeyes again.

In drive through for over an hour and I counted at least 7 workers in the dining room. Finally made it to window and they no longer had my drink bc they poured it out for closing.

Past 3 times food was cold. Day old. This location use to be ? not anymore. Save yourself the hassle and drive 10 min down the road to the new location. This location tried to give me day old chicken talking about it just came up. Maam no.THEN no tissue paper in the box to collect the grease, biscuit cold and no napkin in the bag. I went right on down the street to the new location on Memorial drive right by Burlington and got HOT FRESH CHICKEN with tissue paper in the box, hot fresh biscuit, hot sauce and honey in my bag with a napkin AND the service was FRIENDLY AND FAST! They hitting all marks 10 or 15 min down the road and it’s worth the drive to get some edible chicken you pay for AND respectable service!

Need a little more Organization. I am a Cook I cater after a certain time chicken and all foods that has been sitting needs to be discarded. I'm not sure but this day the chicken had a taste but I know it's the oil that needed to be changed. Lastly you should never have to scrape the bottom of the Mac n cheese to give to no customer that's a NO‼️ Who are you tryna feed??? TRASH just get a new pan if the customer has to wait give them that option. Come on Do better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a meal from this location and had it delivered - should’ve known better! A sandwich was missing from the order. The response from the manager…”Do you want to come and get your sandwich?” SERIOUSLY??? You screwed up the order! If I wanted drive up there and pick it up why would I have had it delivered? How’s that for service?Every single location of Popeyes I’ve ever been to is the same thing. Their order accuracy has to be around 2%. The orders are ALWAYS wrong. Don’t dare leave the drive through without checking every single item. And definitely don’t even think about having an order delivered that is correct. Popeyes has ZERO customer service. It truly is pathetic.The food is really pretty good. Too bad their management is so bad!
