So happy to finally stop by the brick and mortar. I used to grab some cakes when she just had them in IGet Juiced. The sweet potato cake was chef’s kiss!! Many options to try. Love that they are vegan

She made an assortment of loaves and cookies for my office event. Loaves: Carrot, Orange Cranberry, Pumpkin, and Sweet Potato with pecans and a vegan caramel glaze. Cookies: Snickerdoodles and Oatmeal Raisin (GF). These baked goods were a hit and devoured before the non-vegan options. She is my go-to bakery for vegan options. This spot easily ranks in my top 5 in the ATL area, but might be top 2 for me. Had the jackfruit fingers and fries, along with the fried oyster mushroom salad for my first visit. The food was absolutely fire! And if you have a sweet tooth, they have plenty of options to satisfy your needs. Only tried the oatmeal raisin cookie, but their cinnamon rolls looked amazing. Definitely a must-have if in the area.

I was driving around Lawrenceville trying to find breakfast suitable for me. I found this place and their French toast sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I will be going back for seconds!

The service is great and the food is greater!!!!

The customer service was nice everyone was helpful.. but sadly the end results wasn’t good.. I ordered a strawberry two layer 7 inch cake with strawberries.. I had high expectations since all the good reviews but the cake had no flavor the icing was overpowering in all it was bland….

I ordered online while I was visiting my favorite aunt in Stonecrest. The food was very good but we had a FAFO moment with the spicy items. I really enjoyed the oyster mushrooms and seasoned fries they were scrumptious, even reheated the next day. The Spicy Bacon Cheese Burger was unbearably HOT! 🥵 and should be labeled as such in big red capital letters. The jalapeños were not sweet as mentioned in the description. The spicy mac-n-cheese is also 🥵 HOT and should be labeled as well but I mixed it with the regular Mac-n-cheese to calm it down. Spicy is not a 3 alarm fire 🔥 in your mouth. I would have thrown the burger away but it so expensive that I dissected it and ate what I could. I could see that the seeds and stuff had not been removed from the jalapeños. If you like it Hot you will enjoy those. The biscuits were beautiful and delicious! I got the 4 pack. The cakes are amazing and the beverages were great. I was expecting to wow my aunt with the burger because she is meat lover but I was disappointed that it was so 🔥HOT that neither of us could enjoy it. I thought she was being dramatic but I took one bite and agreed. So yeah we FAFO about that lol. This was my first Shawnee’s experience and I’ll be back for more the next time I visit.

I love Shawnee’s and I love this family business! I discovered this lovely spot when I first moved to the Atlanta area (about three years ago). Initially, I was introduced to the best vegan cake slices ever!

Shawnee’s cakes are extremely moist and perfectly sweet (with wholesome ingredients too!!)

Naturally, I had to have my birthday cake done by Shawnee! She was an absolute peach working out the details with me<3

The cake was amazing (even my non-vegan friends enjoyed it— not knowing it was vegan!)
The pink and brown frosting trim were perfect accents, and they were recommendations by Shawnee!

Lastly, I must mention the extensive and ever expanding menu! I thought the menu was impressive a few years ago, but it’s grown and improved so much! I’m so proud of them! Such good food and service here! I’ve never left here feeling disappointed, give them a try!!!

Amazing food! Great portions, minimally processed options, & lots of vegan options! I order from here ALL THE TIME & never disappointed. The food is consistently delicious & the baked goods are so yummy, it’s hard to believe it’s vegan! My initial review was accidentally deleted, but I truly want to spotlight this restaurant because people sometimes forget to applaud small businesses. Shawnee’s will continue to get my service!

WOW!!!!!! The spicy vegan mac and cheese is soooo DELICIOUS!!!! I am vegan and allergic to nuts. It's so hard finding vegan savory foods that are not nut based that taste so good!!!

I got two of the spicy mac today!

Also the fried oyster mushrooms, chai tea and chocolate chip cookies and the breakfast biscuit is good too!

A must try!!!
