Smoothie King

I ordered $90 worth of smoothies, bowls, and toast through the smoothie king app for the location at
4747 Stone Mtn. Highway, and after i paid online, the order was somehow switched to a different location in lawrenceville, different from the lilburn location that i wanted. I’m assuming there’s a way they can push orders elsewhere if they are super busy, bc the location at 4747 stone mtn. Hey was extremely busy with cars backed up. I called the number for Lawrenceville location located at 3375 sugarloaf pkwy, but it’s an incorrect number on the website and in the app. I proceeded to call lilburn location to ask if they can cancel the order and place it at their location and i was told “no.” I then asked if they had a correct number for the lawrenceville location and she said “no”. No type of resolution was offered. I have to wait about one hour and a half bc the order was pushed to a location farther from my home more than 40 mins. Away and the lilburn location is only 5-10 min. Away. See the pictures where smoothie king in lilburn is totally backed up and the order i placed in the app that was somehow pushed way in Lawrenceville.

My experience this am was great! Kimberly was such a great help showing me how to use my rewards and the smoothie was blended perfectly the way I like! They forgot to add strawberries, but had no issue adding them for me. This was my first time at this location and it won’t be my last! Keep up the great work!

Went on a busy day for a pick up order in the drive through. Was behind a car forever & finally went inside to get my smoothie to find several customers inside, along with a full drive thru & only 4 employees- one in particular who I’d guess was new & a little overwhelmed. I’m sad to say that I did not have the best attitude. But despite all of this I was greeted with a smile by Ashley, & quickly taken care of with her immediately offering to refresh my smoothie, & an apology. When I apologized for being a jerk she gave me a full pass & told me she could relate & to not worry. But given the circumstances , 4 young employees being put through the wringer, they did great & I want them all to know they are appreciated. I promised Ashley that I would leave a good review to make up for my bad attitude and then I unfortunately forgot her name but upon ordering again, I spoke with Madison. She was very helpful and accommodating and helped me to figure out who she was. She also helped me to know how to deal with the survey confirmation codes so I could use my $1 off rewards given when I complete them.
So this review is for Ashley, for impeccable service and for keeping her cool under pressure and also for Madison, for being so helpful and supportive of her coworkers. & to the rest of the crew, even though I didn’t deal with you personally, you were working very hard and I hope you know it was noticed. Keep up the good work.This place also makes a killer smoothie lol thanks again y’all I’m definitely loyal to this location.

If you have 8pm listed as your closing time but at 7:40pm the store is close please update your hours. Its a huge inconvenience to have customers drive to your place of business for no reason.
